半导体器件是将晶块焊接在瓷板上形成的，焊接装置具有焊接底座，焊接座下部具有加热底板，上部具有压紧的压盘，现有技术中，压盘不具有加热装置，半导体器件往往需要在两面二次焊接，这样的就具有工艺麻烦、效率低、容易出现废品的缺点。

这样它就能上下双向加热，加工半导体时不易两次加热，简化了工艺。
