本实用新型公开了一种模具真空吸排气结构，在注塑模具型腔的正面设有排气片，所述排气片上设有不等数目的排气槽，注塑模具型腔的背面设置有排气片底座，所述排气片底座上设有不等数目的排气孔，所述排气片底座上的排气孔与排气片上的排气槽连通，所述排气片底座下部接有气路管，所述气路管与排气片底座相接地方设有密封圈，所述气路管的另一端用于连接真空发生器或高压气路。本实用新型通过采用主动排气装置，解决了模具成型的困气问题，同时也避免了排气槽的污脏和堵塞。

本实用新型涉及模具领域，具体涉及一种一种模具真空吸排气结构。
背景技术
普通的模具在注塑时，型腔中间会产生困气，模具结构上需制作排气片，以排出多余气体，利于成型，普通排气片的制作方式是，在排气片的近胶位处磨出0.02*2mm的排气槽，排气片后部再做疏气沟，然后很多片叠加形成细小面密集的排气系统，将气体引出型腔，这种结构的排气片的排气槽极易被胶粉堵住，从而引起困气，导致胶件品质异常；排气片堵住后清理困难，需要停产并把模具全部拆开，费时费力；现有的排气片排气为被动排气，排气效果不好。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对已有技术的不足提供一种主动排气，有效解决排气片排气槽堵塞的问题。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型提供的技术方案为：
一种模具真空吸排气结构，在注塑模具型腔的正面设有排气片，所述排气片上设有不等数目的排气槽，注塑模具型腔的背面设置有排气片底座，所述排气片底座上设有不等数目的排气孔，所述排气片底座上的排气孔与排气片上的排气槽连通，所述排气片底座下部接有气路管，所述气路管与排气片底座相接地方设有密封圈，所述气路管的另一端用于连接真空发生器或高压气路。
本实用新型的有益效果在于，注塑成型在注塑机射胶时，真空发生器通过气 路，经过排气片将模具型腔内空气抽出，解决模具成型时产生的困气问题；射胶结束后，在产品顶出的同时，真空发生器关闭，切换到高压气，高压气通过气路，将排气片的排气槽内粉末及杂质吹出，达到清理排气槽的目的；注塑机再次合模前关闭高压气，并为下一次的注塑成型做准备，综上采用主动排气装置，解决了模具成型的困气问题，同时也避免了排气槽的污脏和堵塞。

参考图1所示，本实用新型实施例提供了一种模具真空吸排气结构，包括有排气片，排气片底座，气路管等组件，具体来说，在注塑模具型腔5的正面设有排气片1，所述排气片1上设有不等数目的排气槽，注塑模具型腔的背面设置有排气片底座2，所述排气片底座2上设有不等数目的排气孔，所述排气片底座2上的排气孔与排气片1上的排气槽连通，所述排气片底座2下部接有气路管4，所述气路管4与排气片底座2相接地方设有密封圈3，所述气路管4的另一端用于连接真空发生器或高压气路。
具体地，注塑成型在注塑机射胶时，真空发生器通过气路，经过排气片将模具型腔内空气抽出，解决模具成型时产生的困气问题；射胶结束后，在产品顶出的同时，真空发生器关闭，切换到高压气，高压气通过气路，将排气片的排气槽内粉末及杂质吹出，达到清理排气槽的目的；注塑机再次合模前关闭高压气，并 为下一次的注塑成型做准备，
综上所述，本实用新型通过采用主动排气装置，解决了模具成型的困气问题，同时也避免了排气槽的污脏和堵塞。
