Abstract
叠装式铸铁空气预热器属于锅炉中的一种热交换装置。它由若干铸铁叠片叠装固定而成。每相邻的两叠片的侧面之间构成了一些气体通道。烟气和空气相互交叉地从预热器中通过。它的耐蚀性、耐磨性均优于普通的钢制空气预热器。因而使用寿命长,并可进一步地降低锅炉排烟温度以提高锅炉效率。它的安装、维修与清理积灰工作简便。它的制作工艺简单,成本较低,本实用新型既可代替钢制的空气预热器运用于锅炉中,也可与后者联合使用,以延长后者的使用寿命。
Description
本实用新型属于锅炉中的一种热交换装置,它利用锅炉尾部的烟气热量来加热进入锅炉的空气,从而提高锅炉的效率。本实用新型所说的空气预热器主要是通过对流传热进行热交换。
现在许多锅炉上采用的钢制的管式空气预热器不耐腐蚀、易损坏,而且这种预热器制作工艺复杂。还出现过一种铸铁制的内外肋片管式空气预热器,虽抗蚀性强但铸造工艺复杂、成本高。
本实用新型提供一种抗蚀性强、制作工艺简单的空气预热器。
本实用新型由若干叠片通过夹紧机构叠装成一体,每一叠片均由铸铁铸造而成。当叠片依次叠装起来后,每相邻的两叠片间形成了烟气通道或空气通道,这些烟气通道和空气通道互相隔开,烟气和空气在其中流动的方向互相交叉。烟气中的热量通过叠片传给空气。
本实用新型的优点是:它比钢制的管式空气预热器抗蚀性强,使用时对锅炉的排烟温度的下限可不必加以限制。有些大容量的锅炉为了避免空气预热器的低温腐蚀而专设了附加的加热装置,用来提高空气预热器的冷空气进口的温度,若采用本实用新型,那么这类加热装置便可省去。本实用新型的使用可以提高锅炉效率。本实用新型既可代替钢制的管式空气预热器,也可与后者联合使用:将本实用新型安装在烟气的低温段,而将钢制的空气预热器安装在烟气的较高温度段,以便使钢制的空气预热器能避开低温腐蚀区而延长使用寿命。本实用新型的耐磨性能也较好,它可节省锅炉的维修费用,也可节省大量的钢材。
本实用新型还有下述优点:它维修、清理的工作方便,并且可以采用水作为吹灰的介质,从而使清除积灰、堵灰的工作效率大为提高。而一般的钢制预热器由于抗蚀性差而无法采用水来进行吹灰,以免在工作面上形成酸液。本实用新型在使用时具有灵活性,用户可以根据实际情况而决定安装的叠片数量。它的铸造工艺和装配工艺较为简单,制作成本低。

以下利用附图中所示实例,对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
本实用新型的叠片有甲(1)和乙(2)两种,它们之间的差别仅仅在于:它们的空气侧两边的立帮上的阶梯形状位置不一样,以便在它们互相叠合时,阶梯部位能互相对应地接合起来。在每一叠片的两侧面上都制出扩展表面的凸起物,用以强化对流传热过程。这些凸起物的横截面的形状可以是纺锤型、流线型或圆形,这些凸起物也可以是与气体流向一致的若干排肋片。每一叠片两侧的凸起物的形状、尺寸和数量可以是有差别的。空气侧的总表面积与烟气侧的总表面积的比值为1~1.5。
本实用新型的叠装顺序是:叠片甲(1)、叠片乙(2)、叠片甲(1)、叠片乙(2)、……。在每相邻两叠片的立帮上的互相接合部位填有密封填料或者焊接起来,以免气体泄漏。夹紧机构(3)将各叠片互相固定成一体并且防止叠片产生翘曲变形现象。
本实用新型在使用时可以由若干个叠片组互相联合起来,在每组间的联合面的周围边缘处可填以密封填料或者焊接起来。(见图4中加粗直线部位)。
Claims (4)
1、一种空气预热器,特别是叠装式铸铁空气预热器,它由若干数量的铸铁的叠片甲(1)和叠片乙(2)在夹紧机构(3)作用下叠装固定而成,其中的烟气通道和空气通道互相交叉并互相隔离,其特征在于:每相邻的两叠片的侧面构成了其中的烟气通道或空气通道。
2、根据权利要求1所述的空气预热器,其特征在于:在叠片甲(1)和叠片乙(2)的侧面上有一些凸起物。
3、据权利要求2所述的空气预热器,其特征在于:在叠片甲(1)和叠片乙(2)的侧面上,凸起物的横截面形状为纺锤型或流线型或圆形,或者有若干排与空气通道或烟气通道方向一致的肋片。
4、据权利要求2或3所述的空气预热器,其特征在于:叠片甲(1)和叠片乙(2)中每一叠片的构成空气通道的侧面上的总表面积与构成烟气通道的侧面上的总表面积之比值为1~1.5。
