本实用新型公开了一种蓄热型管式空气预热器,它是一种方形管箱,方形管箱内安装有呈规则排列的换热管,特征是换热管由两层不同的钢管组成,在两层钢管之间密封有蓄热介质,在方形管箱中加工有隔板,隔板以上为空气通道,隔板以下为烟气通道。本实用新型以两层钢管为换热管,蓄热介质可将烟气热量吸收后,再全部释放给空气,从而实现热交换。本实用新型具有换热效率高、漏风率低、节电显著、结构紧凑、维修容易的优点。

蓄热型管式空气预热器
本实用新型涉及热交换装置,尤其是涉及一种蓄热型管式空气预热器。
在亚临界压力和超临界压力的大型锅炉中,对于空气预热器的配置,目前国内外各制造厂家都是采用回转式空气预热器。回转式空气预热器虽具有结构紧凑,有利于烟道尾部受热面的布置,耐腐蚀的优点,但也存在因漏风率特别大导致热空气温度下降,锅炉效率降低,电耗增加和预热器转子过重导致的维修成本高,维修难度大的缺点。授权公告号为CN2245163Y的中国专利“一种空气预热器”虽具有耐腐蚀的优点,但其换热效率低、漏风率大,不适用于大型锅炉。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种换热效率高、漏风率极低,结构紧凑、制造成本低、维修容易的蓄热型管式空气预热器。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:本实用新型为一方形管箱,方形管箱内安装有换热管,特征是换热管由两层直径不同的钢管组成,两层钢管之间密封有蓄热介质,在方形管箱中间加工有隔板,隔板与方形管箱的上箱板之间形成空气通道,隔板与方形管箱的下箱板之间形成烟气通道。
方形管箱内的换热管呈交错排列
本实用新型以两层钢管作换热管,在两层钢管之间密封有蓄热介质(如空气),烟气从换热管内自上而下流动,再经烟气通道横向冲刷换热管,空气在空气通道中横向冲刷换热管,蓄热介质吸收从换热管和烟气通道流过的烟气热量,蓄热介质温度快速升高,再迅速将热量释放给空气通道流过的空气,实现热交换。本实用新型能使烟气充分冲刷换热管,有效地提高空气预热器的换热效率,减少排烟的热损失,提高热风温度,且本实用新型结构紧凑,漏风率极低(漏风率在5%以下),且制造成本低,维修容易,节电显著,适用于各种锅炉使用。

下面结合实施例并对照附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
本实用新型为一方形管箱1,方形管箱1内安装有呈交错排列的换热管2,换热管2由两层直径不同的钢管组成,两层钢管之间密封了一段空气3,在方形管箱1中间加工有隔板4,隔板4与方形管箱1的上箱板8之间形成空气通道7,隔板4与方形管箱1的下箱板5之间形成烟气通道6。

1.一种蓄热型管式空气预热器,为一方形管箱(1),方形管箱(1)内安装有换热管(2),其特征在于:换热管(2)由两层直径不同的钢管组成,在两层钢管之间密封有蓄热介质(3),在方形管箱(1)中间加工有隔板(4),隔板(4)与方形管箱(1)的上箱板(8)之间形成空气通道(7),隔板(4)与方形管箱(1)的下箱板(5)之间形成烟气通道(6)。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的蓄热型管式空气预热器,其特征在于:方形管箱(1)内的换热管(2)呈交错排列。
