根据图1所示,本发明小型好氧固废生物转化器,由支撑架模块1、发酵罐模块2、控制模块3、降温排气模块4、动力模块5组成。支撑架模块1可做成稳固的四方体结构,分为两层,控制模块3、降温排气模块4以及动力模块5均固定在支撑架模块1的上层;发酵罐模块2占据上、下两层;支撑架模块1的下面采用滚轮6移动和固定。发酵罐模块2包括罐体32、进料口7、出料口8、进气口9、出气口10、压力变送器11、补水罐12、中心轴14、搅拌桨15、毛刷16以及温度传感器17、湿度传感器13。罐体32一侧连接进料口7,进料口采用密封门密封,并且进料口与密封门四周均采用螺旋钮固定以加强气密性,同时密封门上安装玻璃窗供观察;出料口8的位置和进料口7上下对称,开口大小以及密封型设计均与进料7相同。在罐体32的正上方嵌有左右对称的两个湿度传感器13,测试的是上方空气的湿度,通过上方空气湿度和物料实际发酵罐内物料含水率的关系来调节物料的含水率;在罐体正下方嵌有两个温度传感器17,左右对称,用于直接测定物料的温度。罐体顶部连接有补水罐12和出气口10,一侧连接进气口9和压力变送器,进气量可通过送风机的风速来调节风量大小,压力变送器11用于测试发酵罐内的压力情况,以实时作出调整。根据图2所示罐体32截面为蛋形结构,下方是半圆,上方是半椭圆,半椭圆的短轴与半圆的直径长度相等,这样的设计有利于物料上方的空气流通,气体进行交换;罐体32内部安装有中心轴14、搅拌桨15以及毛刷16,在搅拌桨15的末尾安装耐磨性质的毛刷16,毛刷16和发酵罐罐体32内部的顶部有一定的距离以避免固体废物堵塞出气口,使好氧发酵更充分。根据图3所示中心轴14采用不锈钢材质,实心,位于罐体的中心位置(半圆和半椭圆的交界面上),所有的搅拌桨均采用桨式搅拌,垂直于中心轴14。预处理后的固体废物经过进料口7进入罐体32内,空气在压力变送器11正常工作情况下通过进气口9进入,在搅拌桨15的搅拌以及毛刷16的清除作用下物料充分进行好氧发酵,发酵过程中位于下方的温度传感器17测试物料温度,上方的湿度传感器13测试上方空气的湿度,当湿度低于设定值时,补水罐12会自动开启阀门开始补水直至湿度合适,发酵产生的气体经过出气口10排出,发酵结束后物料通过出料口8出料。整个发酵罐的加热采用电加热,采用PTC热敏电阻进行加热控温,中间可填充保温棉,罐体32外层包裹不锈钢。根据图1所示,控制模块3包括可编辑逻辑控制器PLC 33、控制面板18、打开按钮19、关闭按钮20以及急停按钮21组成。控制面板18采用人机界面,控制元件包括空气断路器、接触器、按钮和中间继电器等控制电器。按下打开按钮19后,控制面板18呈现参数设置界面即开始设置,由可编辑逻辑控制器PLC控制完成,试验结束后按下关闭按钮20关闭设备;紧急情况下按下急停按钮21关闭设备。该模块的功能实现自动化,操作简便。降温排气模块4包括冷凝风机22,弯形管23、尾气处 理槽24以及排风机25。其中出气口10连接多个弯形管23,罐内气体通过出气口10进入弯形管23经冷凝风机22降温,同时弯形管23还可以起到冷凝管的作用,部分气体经弯形管23降温冷凝成的液体沿着弯形管倒流入发酵罐内,经过冷凝风机22降温后的气体到达尾气处理槽24,它里面装有除臭膜26以及紫外灯27,除臭膜26包括一层HEPA(High efficiency particulate air Filter)高效过滤网以吸附异味和0.3微米以上的微小颗粒,还有一层是生物除臭膜可以吸附异味的大分子物质;紫外灯27安装在尾气处理槽24的顶端,接线可从上方引出,对过滤后的气体进行灭菌,杀死带出的微生物。降温、除臭、消毒后的气体经排风机25排出,进入环境中。动力模块5包括变频电机28、从动齿轮29、主动齿轮30。变频电机28与主动齿轮30直接相连,主动齿轮30带动从动齿轮29通过齿轮传动完成罐内搅拌系统的搅拌。同时从安全角度上考虑,需要安装保护罩31。根据图4所示,主动齿轮30与从动齿轮是外啮合的。 As shown in FIG. 1 , the small aerobic solid waste bioconverter of the present invention is composed of a support frame module 1 , a fermenter module 2 , a control module 3 , a cooling and exhaust module 4 , and a power module 5 .
