技术背景
球阀被广泛的应用在石油炼制、长输管线、化工、造纸、制药、水利、电力、市政、钢铁等行业，在国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位。球阀中设有旋塞球体，有圆形通孔或通道通过其轴线，管路中主要用来做切断、分配和改变介质的流动方向，只需要用将球体旋转90度的和很小的转动力矩就能关闭严密或全部开启。但在球体的启闭过程中难免会对起密封作用的阀座磨损，阀座磨损后球阀的密封性能大大降低，启闭也更费力。更换新的阀座不但浪费而且操作复杂，还需长期停工，费时费工，造成的经济损失也大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型公开了一种内调式预紧球阀，旨在针对阀座磨损后，能对磨损面进行快速补偿，使其重新达到密封要求。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案如下：
   　内调式预紧球阀，包括阀体、阀杆、阀盖、阀座、球体，其特征在于：流体通道设有同轴的调节圈，调节圈外圆周面与阀盖螺纹连接，调节圈的内端面紧抵在阀座上。   
   　　所述的调节圈与阀盖的接触面设有密封O形圈。
所述的调节圈2靠近外端面开有螺纹盲孔。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：
   结构简单，操作方便，在阀座发生磨损后，密封失效，产生轻微泄露时，只需通过旋转调节圈带动阀座挤压球体，重新达到密封要求，不用麻烦地拆卸球阀，更换或调整阀座。所花费的时间少，所费人工也少，所造成的停工时间少，能有效节省经济成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本实用新型进行进一步说明。
如图1所示，内调式预紧球阀，包括阀体8、阀杆7、阀盖1、阀座5、球体6，其特征在于：流体通道设有同轴的调节圈2，调节圈2外圆周面与阀盖1螺纹连接，调节圈2的内端面紧抵在阀座5上。所述的调节圈5与阀盖1的接触面设有密封O形圈4。所述的调节圈靠近阀盖端口的一端开有螺纹盲孔3。在阀座有所磨损后，阀座5与球体6密封失效，有轻微泄露时，只需在螺纹盲孔3内插入传动螺钉，通过传动螺钉，扳动调节圈5顺着与阀盖1之间的螺纹递进，使得嵌在调节圈5一端的阀座8继续向球体挤压，填充磨损部分，重新达到密封要求。采用本实用新型，结构简单，操作方便，只需通过旋转调节圈带动阀座挤压球体，重新达到密封要求，不用麻烦地拆卸球阀，更换或调整阀座。所花费的时间少，所费人工也少，所造成的停工时间少，能有效节省经济成本。

1.一种内调式预紧球阀，包括阀体(8)、阀杆(7)、阀盖(1)、阀座(5)、球体(6)，其特征在于：两端流体通道均设有同轴的调节圈(2)，调节圈(2)外圆周面与阀盖(1)螺纹连接，调节圈(2)的内端面紧抵在阀座(5)上;所述的调节圈(2)靠近外端面开有螺纹盲孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内调式预紧球阀，其特征在于：所述的调节圈(2)与阀盖(1)的接触面设有密封O形圈。
