Abstract

一种提升式旋塞阀,包括阀体、阀盖、阀杆和旋塞,阀体的底部密封连接有底盖,该底盖上设有凹腔,旋塞的底部旋转中心处设有凸轴,该凸轴置于底盖的凹腔中转动配合,构成旋塞防移位结构。本实用新型的旋塞底部由于凸轴和凹腔的配合,不会在介质压力作用下平面偏移,能够保证密封副的摩擦接触良好,不会产生不均匀磨损而泄漏,并且凸轴和凹腔的配合还具有轴向的导向作用,旋塞的提升、下降过程更加准确顺畅,保持密封接触的准确性,适应高温高压工况的密封要求。

提升式旋塞阀
 技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种旋塞阀,特别是应用于高温高压工况的提升式旋塞阀。 
背景技术:提升式旋塞阀用于截断或接通介质管路,在化工、制药等工业领域生产中经常有高温高压工况,其工艺管道中用的旋塞阀对密封的要求非常高,必须在各种情况下都防止介质泄漏。通常的提升式旋塞阀的旋塞底部和阀体不接触,这样在旋塞提升、下降过程中,或者旋塞和阀体内腔密封配合状态下,由于介质的压力作用,旋塞可能会轻微偏移,很容易造成密封副接触不良或磨损不均而产生泄漏,影响生产。 
发明内容:针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种旋塞不会偏移,密封可靠的提升式旋塞阀。 
本实用新型包括阀体、阀盖、阀杆和旋塞,阀体的底部密封连接有底盖,该底盖上设有凹腔,旋塞的底部旋转中心处设有凸轴,该凸轴置于底盖的凹腔中转动配合,构成旋塞防移位结构。 
本实用新型的旋塞底部由于凸轴和凹腔的配合,不会在介质压力作用下平面偏移,能够保证密封副的摩擦接触良好,不会产生不均匀磨损而泄漏,并且凸轴和凹腔的配合还具有轴向的导向作用,旋塞的提升、下降过程更加准确顺畅,保持密封接触的准确性,适应高温高压工况的密封要求。

具体实施方式: 
实施例:如图所示,阀盖2连接在阀体1上方,旋塞3连接在阀杆4下端,阀体1的底部密封连接有底盖5,该底盖5上设有凹腔6,旋塞3的底部旋转中心处设有凸轴7,该凸轴7置于底盖5的凹腔6中转动配合,构成旋塞防移位结构。阀杆4上端连接的手轮11用于升降阀杆4及旋塞3,连接在阀杆4中段的手柄12则用来旋转阀杆4及旋塞3。 
本实施例在阀体1的底部还设有排放口8,螺栓堵头9置于排放口8中活动密封连接。这样需要排放清理阀体1底部的介质沉渣时,将螺栓堵头9拧开即可,操作方便。旋塞3中的通径流道10可以采用圆柱直流道,这样流道面积更大,介质流体阻力减少,更适应高温高压工况下的工作需求。

1.一种提升式旋塞阀,包括阀体、阀盖、阀杆和旋塞,其特征为:阀体(1)的底部密封连接有底盖(5),该底盖(5)上设有凹腔(6),旋塞(3)的底部旋转中心处设有凸轴(7),该凸轴(7)置于底盖(5)的凹腔(6)中转动配合,构成旋塞防移位结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的提升式旋塞阀,其特征为:阀体(1)的底部还设有排放口(8),螺栓堵头(9)置于排放口(8)中活动密封连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的提升式旋塞阀,其特征为:旋塞(3)中的通径流道(10)是圆柱直流道。
