背景技术
球阀被广泛的应用在石油炼制、长输管线、化工、造纸、制药、水利、电力、市政、钢铁等行业，在国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位。球阀中设有旋塞球体，有圆形调节孔或通道通过其轴线，管路中主要用来做切断、分配和改变介质的流动方向，只需要用将球体旋转90度的和很小的转动力矩就能关闭严密或全部开启。但在球体的启闭过程中难免会对起密封作用的阀座磨损，阀座磨损后球阀的密封性能大大降低，启闭也更费力。更换新的阀座不但操作复杂，还需长期停工，费时费工，造成的经济损失也大。 
实用新型内容  
本实用新型公开了一种外调式预紧球阀，旨在采用一种能快速补偿球体密封磨损的调节结构，节省停工时间，增加经济效益。 
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案如下： 
外调式预紧球阀，包括阀体9、阀杆8、球体7、阀盖6、端盖1，其特征在于：球体7与端盖1之间的流体通道上设有同轴的与球体7密封接触的调节圈5，调节圈5的外圆周面设有推力斜面，并配置有与推力斜面配合的挤压调节结构。
所述阀盖上设有调节孔10，所述挤压调节结构位于调节孔10内；挤压调节机构包括与孔壁螺纹连接的调节段和与所述推力斜面配合的挤压斜面段4，挤压斜面段4与推力斜面接触处为匹配的斜面，挤压的横向推力朝向球体7。 
所述的调节段包括螺钉3与保护盖2。 
所述的调节圈5与阀盖6接触面、调节圈5与端盖1接触面均设有密封O形圈11。 
所述的调节孔10为螺纹孔。 
所述的保护盖2设置在阀盖外侧的调节孔10口内。 
所述的螺钉3为内六角螺钉。 
本实用新型的有益效果在于： 
采用一种能快速补偿球体密封磨损的调节结构，能在球体与调节圈之间有所磨损，通过扭紧内六角螺钉，向下推挤压斜面段，挤压斜面段作用在推力斜面段上，产生横行力，推动调节圈向球体挤压，填充磨损部分。与传统需要更换阀座补偿磨损相比，不用繁琐地拆开球阀，所花费的时间更少，能有效节省人工成本，提高经济效益。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本实用新型进行进一步说明。 
如图1、图2所示，外调式预紧球阀，包括阀体9、阀杆8、球体7、阀盖6、端盖1，其特征在于：球体7与端盖1之间的流体通道上设有同轴的与球体7密封接触的调节圈5，调节圈5的外圆周面设有推力斜面，并配置有与推力斜面配合的挤压调节结构。所述阀盖上设有调节孔10，所述挤压调节结构位于调节孔10内；挤压调节机构包括与孔壁螺纹连接的调节段和与所述推力斜面配合的挤压斜面段4，挤压斜面段4与推力斜面接触处为匹配的斜面，挤压的横向推力朝向球体7。所述的调节段包括螺钉3与保护盖2。所述的调节圈5与阀盖6接触面、调节圈5与端盖1接触面均设有密封O形圈11。所述的调节孔10为螺纹孔。所述的保护盖2设置在阀盖外侧的调节孔10口内。所述的螺钉3为内六角螺钉。 
在工作状态时，保护盖2紧闭，防止有灰尘或其他杂质通过阀盖6上的调节孔10进入球阀。调节圈5一端紧顶在球体7上，与球体7之间形成金属硬密封。当调节圈5产生磨损，密封性能减弱发生轻微泄露时时，打开保护盖2，扭紧螺钉3产生向下的力，向下推挤压斜面段，挤压斜面段作用在推力斜面段上，产生横行力，推动调节圈向球体挤压，直至调节圈重新填充磨损部分，达到密封要求。从而实现了快速补偿磨损的功能。采用本实用新型，不用繁琐地拆开球阀，进行球体密封进行调整，所花费的时间更少，能有效节省人工成本，提高经济效益。

1.一种外调式预紧球阀，包括阀体(9)、阀杆(8)、球体(7)、阀盖(6)、端盖(1)，其特征在于：球体(7)与端盖(1)之间的流体通道上设有同轴的与球体(7)密封接触的调节圈(5)，调节圈(5)的外圆周面设有推力斜面，并配置有与推力斜面配合的挤压调节结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外调式预紧球阀，其特征在于：所述阀盖上设有调节孔(10)，所述挤压调节结构位于调节孔(10)内；挤压调节机构包括与孔壁螺纹连接的调节段和与所述推力斜面配合的挤压斜面段(4)，挤压斜面段(4)与推力斜面接触处为匹配的斜面，挤压的横向推力朝向球体(7)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的外调式预紧球阀，其特征在于：所述的调节段包括螺钉(3)与保护盖(2)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的外调式预紧球阀，其特征在于：所述的调节圈(5)与阀盖(6)接触面、调节圈(5)与端盖(1)接触面均设有密封O形圈(11)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的外调式预紧球阀，其特征在于：所述的调节孔(10)为螺纹孔。
6.根据权利要求3所述的外调式预紧球阀，其特征在于：所述的保护盖(2)设置在阀盖外侧的调节孔(10)口内。
