球阀被广泛的应用在石油炼制、长输管线、化工、造纸、制药、水利、电力、市政、钢铁等行业，在国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位。球阀中设有球体，主要通过旋转球体来实现开启或者关闭介质通路的功能，再能起到切断、分配和改变介质流动方向的作用。
同样，对于球阀的密封性能也提出了更高的要求，阀座密封作为球阀密封的重要组成部分，保证阀座密封性能就显得尤为必要。

本实用新型公开了一种新型密封结构阀座的球阀，旨在保证阀座的密封性能，提高球阀的密封性能。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案如下：
新型密封结构阀座的球阀，包括阀座、阀座支承圈、球体、阀盖，其特征在于：流体通道内设置有同轴的挡圈，阀座支承圈与挡圈之间设有波纹管，挡圈外端设有与阀盖螺纹连接的调节圈。
所述的波纹管一端焊接在挡圈上，一端抵在阀座支承圈上。
所述的调节圈与阀盖之间设有密封O形圈。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：
一、阀座支承圈与挡圈之间设有波纹管，波纹管既可以当弹性元件使用，对阀座及阀座支承圈提供预紧力，相比普通弹簧，波纹管的适用温度更高，使用寿命更长，性能也更稳定；同时波纹管也可以当密封元件使用，保证球阀的轴向密封；
二、挡圈外端设有调节圈，调节圈与阀盖螺纹连接，当阀座与球体发生磨损，密封性能下降，发生泄露时，延螺纹旋转调节圈，向球体方向挤压挡圈，从而压缩波纹管，使阀座重新抵紧球体，达到密封要求；
三、调节圈与阀盖之间设有密封O形圈，能增强球阀轴向密封，防止介质从调节圈与挡圈之间缝隙泄露。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本实用新型进行进一步说明。
如图1、图2所示，新型密封结构阀座的球阀，包括阀座7、阀座支承圈6、球体2、阀盖1，其特征在于：流体通道内设置有同轴的挡圈4，阀座支承圈6与挡圈4之间设有波纹管5，挡圈4外端设有与阀盖1螺纹连接的调节圈3。所述的波纹管5一端焊接在挡圈4上，一端抵在阀座支承圈6上。所述的调节圈3与阀盖1之间设有密封O形圈8。
阀座支承圈6与挡圈4之间设有波纹管5，波纹管5既可以当弹性元件使用，对阀座7及阀座支承圈6提供预紧力，使得阀座磨损后依然能紧抵在球体2上，此时阀座的密封性能良好。相比普通弹簧，波纹管5的适用温度更高，使用寿命更长，性能也更稳定。同时波纹管5也可以当密封元件使用，保证球阀的轴向密封不发生泄露。调节圈与阀盖之间设有密封O形圈，能增强球阀轴向密封，防止介质从调节圈与挡圈之间缝隙泄露。挡圈4外端还设有调节圈3，调节圈3与阀盖1螺纹连接，当阀座7与球体2之间发生磨损，密封性能下降，而波纹管5的预紧力不足以使得阀座7抵紧球体2时。球阀发生泄露，此时，通过延螺纹旋转调节圈3，调节圈3向球体2方向移动，向球体2方向挤压挡圈4，从而压缩波纹管5，直至使阀座7抵紧球体2，重新达到密封要求。

1.一种新型密封结构阀座的球阀，包括阀座（7）、阀座支承圈（6）、球体（2）、阀盖（1），其特征在于：流体通道内设置有同轴的挡圈（4），阀座支承圈（6）与挡圈（4）之间设有波纹管（5），挡圈（4）外端设有与阀盖（1）螺纹连接的调节圈（3）;所述的波纹管（5）一端焊接在挡圈（4）上，一端抵在阀座支承圈（6）上。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型密封结构阀座的球阀，其特征在于：所述的调节圈3与阀盖1之间设有密封O形圈（8）。
