背景技术
在部分大型产品生产线上，半成品、成本转移多使用轨道或航吊转移，但航吊适合上部空间障碍的生产线，对于采用顶部作业的生产线，使用轨道转移最为合适。
但为减少生产成本，多数生产线多采用循环、曲向布局，以上布局需使用弯道，但弯道生产、安装复杂，同时行程被加大，不利于生产和控制成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的便是提供一种简单、可靠的轨道变向装置，并具有一定的操作平台效果。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是：包括机架、电机、双轨，所述机架为长方形，所述机架内设有木板，所述木板上方设有双轨，所述机架一侧设有电机，所述电机连接有主传动轮，所述机架底部两侧分别设有主滚轮轴、副滚轮轴，所述主滚轮轴、副滚轮轴两端设有轴承及轴承座，所述轴承及轴承座焊接在机架上，所述主滚轮轴与电机同侧一段设有传动轮，所述传动轮与主传动轮通过链条连接。
由于采用上述技术方案，本实用新型的有益效果：
1、两点之间直线最短，从一段直接到达另一端，缩短了行程，提高了生产效率，降低了成本，且布局小于使用弯道的轨道布局。
2、本装置是一独立的装置，可横向移动，具有可以提供作业平台的效果。
3、本装置结构简单，针对性高，实用性强。
