 太阳能作为作为一种新兴能源,得到越来越广泛的应用,太阳能电池板在生产加工的时候,在叠层和层压两个工序步骤之间,需要一个转运工装,能够方便快捷可靠的将叠层好的电池板运到层压设备。
发明内容
为解决太阳能电池板在叠层后运往层压设备的运输问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种太阳能电池板转运工装包括:底架、轮子、立柱、横梁和减震垫,所述底架下面安装轮子便于运输,底架上面的一侧连接立柱,横梁在底架上面连接到立柱,横梁上面安装减震垫。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明结构简单使用方便,能够方便快捷可靠的将叠层好的电池板运到层压设备。

下面结合附图对本发明进行进一步说明,如图1和图2所示一种太阳能电池板转运工装包括:底架1、轮子2、立柱3、横梁4和减震垫5,所述底架1下面安装轮子2便于运输,底架1上面的一侧连接立柱3,横梁4在底架1上面连接到立柱3,横梁4上面安装减震垫5,每个横梁4上面可以放一张叠层好的太阳能电池板。
