背景技术
随着汽车消费不断的增长,城市停车难成为了各地面临的棘手问题,建立立体停车设备是解决城市静态停车的有效途径,目前全国一线城市已经建立了大量的立体停车库,二、三线城市也在陆续建立机械式立体停车库。在建立的机械车库中,车辆的升降一般采用固定平台升降或轿厢式的升降平台。然而这种平台用于车辆的升降上下移动机构不够灵活,驱动电机较多,结构较复杂,占用空间较大,工作效率较低,故障多,安全性较差。垂直升降的立体停车设备不利于现有停车场的改造;有必要提出一种新型无避让升降横移的立体停车设备。
发明内容
为了解决现有的立体停车设备不便于在现有停车场中进行改造,本实用新型提出一种新型无避让停车设备。
本实用新型的新型无避让停车设备,包括钢架,钢架安装在现有停车位上方,其特征在于钢架为至少四个立柱在同一水平面上安装横梁和纵梁,组合形成矩形框架;两个钢架平行排列,且横梁贯通两个钢架;在横梁上方设置导轨,导轨上安装横移框,横移框通过电机及传动轴组在导轨上水平移动;横移框通过电机及传动轴组与钢绳卷筒连接,钢绳卷筒内的钢绳与载车板连接,载车板设置于横移框内部下方。
作为优选,所述的横梁和纵梁构成两个平面,下层平面在纵梁间设置防坠横梁,防止载车板上车辆意外下落损坏地面车辆。
作为优选,每个平面上设置两个以上载车板,载车板上的车辆与纵梁平行停放,当载车板运动至地面时,方便车辆载入或载出。
可在现有的停车场上方安装新型无避让停车设备。需要存取上层车辆时,横移框在横移电机驱动下移动到两个钢架间的行车道上方,升降电机驱动钢绳、载车板将车下降至地面,需存取的车辆前进驶入(出),实现无避让存取上层车辆。地面原有车的存取可从立柱间自由出入。
本实用新型的新型无避让停车设备,对传统垂直升降的立体停车设备进行创新,可在现有的停车场上进行改造,在不影响地面层停车的基础上,增加停车位,充分利用了停车空间,改造成本低,效果明显。

具体实施方式
实施例1:新型无避让停车设备,包括钢架,钢架安装在现有停车位上方,其特征在于钢架为至少四个立柱1在同一水平面上安装两条横梁2和两条纵梁3,组合形成矩形框架;两个钢架平行排列,且横梁2贯通两个钢架;在横梁2上方设置导轨4,导轨4上安装横移框5,横移框5通过电机及传动轴组在导轨4上水平移动;横移框5通过电机及传动轴组与钢绳卷筒6连接,钢绳卷筒6内的钢绳与载车板7连接,载车板7设置于横移框5内部下方。考虑到使用效率,横梁和纵梁构成两个平面,下层平面在纵梁间设置防坠横梁,防止载车板上车辆意外下落损坏地面车辆;每个平面上设置两个载车板,载车板上的车辆与纵梁平行停放,当载车板运动至地面时,方便车辆载入或载出。可在现有的停车场上方安装新型无避让停车设备。使用时,横移框5先水平移动至两个钢架间的行车道位置,载车板7通过钢绳下移至地面,进行存取车。地面存取车可从立柱1间自由出入。

1.新型无避让停车设备,包括钢架,钢架安装在现有停车位上方,其特征在于钢架为至少四个立柱(1)在同一水平面上安装横梁(2)和纵梁(3),组合形成矩形框架;两个钢架平行排列,且横梁(2)贯通两个钢架;在横梁(2)上方设置导轨(4),导轨(4)上安装横移框(5),横移框(5)通过电机及传动轴组在导轨上水平移动;横移框(6)通过电机及传动轴组与钢绳卷筒(6)连接,钢绳卷筒内的钢绳与载车板(7)连接,载车板(7)设置于横移框(6)内部下方。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型无避让停车设备,其特征在于横梁(2)和纵梁(3)构成两个平面,下层平面在纵梁(3)间设置防坠横梁(8)。
3.如权利要求2所述的新型无避让停车设备,其特征在于每个平面上设置两个载车板(7),载车板(7)上的车辆与纵梁(3)平行停放。
