Abstract

LED调光筒灯,主要由壳体、COB面光源和控制电源组成,COB面光源主要由若干蓝光晶片、金线和陶瓷基板组成,陶瓷基板通过围坝胶分成三个固晶区域,蓝光晶片通过绝缘胶固定于陶瓷基板中的三个固晶区域内形成三组蓝光晶片,三组蓝光晶片通过金线分别与其对应正极焊盘和负极焊盘连接,三个区域内分别填充不同配比荧光胶,对应三个回路。本实用新型通过采用COB面光源来代替LED筒灯用的灯珠,面光源采用陶瓷基板,更符合筒灯的散热结构,提高筒灯的散热效果;发光更为均匀,无传统单颗光源间的暗区;大量减少灯珠数量,无需贴片,提高生产效率;三档色温光源,可根据需要自主搭配,进行调光。

本实用新型涉及照明灯具技术领域,具体涉及一种LED调光筒灯。
背景技术
随着电子技术的进步,利用LED筒灯越来越普遍,尤其是LED筒灯,LED筒灯通过漂亮的外观,简单的安装方式,以及良好的照明效果,广泛应用于商业照明、家居照明等场所。
随着LED筒灯的大量推广和应用,也逐渐暴露出它们的许多不足之处:(1)LED筒灯散热集中,散热材料体积太大,导致成本过高,产品性价比低;(2)LED筒灯不可调光,而且发光不均匀,导致光斑产生,影响照明效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种LED调光筒灯,以解决现有技术存在的散热效果差、不可调光和发光不均匀的问题。
本实用新型主要由壳体、COB面光源和控制电源组成,解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是COB面光源主要由若干蓝光晶片、金线和陶瓷基板组成,陶瓷基板通过围坝胶分成三个固晶区域,蓝光晶片通过绝缘胶固定于陶瓷基板中的三个固晶区域内形成三组蓝光晶片,三组蓝光晶片通过金线分别与其对应正极焊盘和负极焊盘连接,三个区域内分别填充不同配比荧光胶,对应三个回路。
上述三个固晶区域中,中间固晶区域填充冷白色温用荧光胶,左侧固晶区域填充中性白色温用荧光胶,右侧围坝区域填充暖白色温用荧光胶。
本实用新型通过采用COB面光源来代替LED筒灯用的灯珠,面光源采用陶瓷基板,更符合筒灯的散热结构,提高筒灯的散热效果;发光更为均匀,无传统单颗光源间的暗区;大量减少灯珠数量,无需贴片,提高生产效率;三档色温光源,可根据需要自主搭配,进行调光。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,一种LED调光筒灯,主要由壳体14、COB面光源和控制电源组成,COB面光源主要由若干蓝光晶片1、金线3和陶瓷基板2组成,陶瓷基板2通过围坝胶4分成三个固晶区域,蓝光晶片1通过绝缘胶固定于陶瓷基板2中的三个固晶区域内形成三组蓝光晶片,中间固晶区域中的蓝光晶片通过金线3与其对应正极焊盘9和负极焊盘12连接;左侧固晶区域中的蓝光晶片通过金线3与其对应正极焊盘8和负极焊盘11连接;右侧固晶区域中的蓝光晶片通过金线3与其对应正极焊盘10和负极焊盘13连接,中间固晶区域填充冷白色温用荧光胶6,左侧固晶区域填充中性白色温用荧光胶5,右侧围坝区域填充暖白色温用荧光胶7。
(1)当需求冷白光时,只需将正极焊盘9-负极焊盘12回路正常电流导通;
(2)当需要中性白色温时,只需将正极焊盘8-负极焊盘11回路正常电流导通;
(3)当需要暖白色温时,只需将正极焊盘10-负极焊盘13回路正常电流导通。
本实用新型实现了冷白、中性白、暖白三档色温的转换,也可将三个回路两两自主搭配或同时点亮,自由调光。

1.一种LED调光筒灯,主要由壳体、COB面光源和控制电源组成,其特征是COB面光源主要由若干蓝光晶片、金线和陶瓷基板组成,陶瓷基板通过围坝胶分成三个固晶区域,蓝光晶片通过绝缘胶固定于陶瓷基板中的三个固晶区域内形成三组蓝光晶片,三组蓝光晶片通过金线分别与其对应正极焊盘和负极焊盘连接,三个区域内分别填充不同配比荧光胶,对应三个回路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED调光筒灯,其特征是三个固晶区域中,中间固晶区域填充冷白色温用荧光胶,左侧固晶区域填充中性白色温用荧光胶,右侧围坝区域填充暖白色温用荧光胶。
