技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种模具,具体的说涉及一种低压铸造车轮模具。 
背景技术
由于低压铸造车轮轮辋部位无有效冷却,凝固速度慢,造成轮辋部位内部有缩松、晶粒粗大,性能偏低。增加水冷虽然对内轮缘性能有一定程度的提高,但会对轮辋产生较大影响,造成冷隔、气孔的铸造缺陷。改进轮辋部位的冷却手段,不影响轮辋部位的正常充型、凝固,是提高内轮缘性能的关键所在。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种改进了的低压铸造车轮模具,该模具可以有效的解决车轮内轮缘性能偏低的问题。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:低压铸造车轮模具上模由分体上模上部、分体上模下部组成,两部分在内轮缘与轮辋交接部位进行分型,分体上模上部采用水介质冷却,分体上模上部与分体上模下部之间设置隔热槽,实现对内轮缘部位的迅速冷却,又不会对轮辋正常凝固造成影响,从而提高车轮内轮缘部位性能。 
本实用新型结构简单,在保证轮辋正常凝固的前提下,大大提高了车轮内轮缘性能,也提高了产品生产效率。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,低压铸造车轮模具上模由分体上模上部2、分体上模下部5组成,两部分在内轮缘与轮辋交接部位进行分型,分体上模上部2设置水冷通道3,分体上模上部与分体上模下部之间设置隔热槽4,实现对内轮缘部位的迅速冷却,又不会对轮辋正常凝固造成影响,从而提高车轮内轮缘部位性能。
