在模具设计中，一般未做模具顶出限位,导致模具在生产过程中容易撞坏公模板底部,经常损坏模具的顶针部分。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是模具的顶出未作限位的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是提供一种带限位保护的模具，包括上、下顶针板和与二者固定的顶针，所述上顶针板的顶端固定有一个防止其撞击上方公模板的限位块。
在上述带限位保护的模具中，所述限位块为两个且对称设置在所述顶针的两侧。
在上述带限位保护的模具中，所述限位块螺装在所述上顶针板上。
本实用新型提供的带限位保护的模具在上顶针板上增加了限位块，大大降低了顶针的损坏,提高了产能。

如图1所示，本实用新型提供的带限位保护的模具，包括上、下顶针板1、2和与二者固定的顶针3，上顶针板1的顶端固定有一个防止其撞击上方公模板4的限位块5，限位块5螺装在上顶针板1上。
本实用新型中的限位块5可以为两个且对称设置在顶针3的两侧。
本实用新型提供的带限位保护的模具在上顶针板1上增加了限位块5，大大降低了顶针3的损坏,提高了产能。

3.如权利要求1所述的带限位保护的模具，其特征在于，所述限位块螺装在所述上顶针板上。
