现有注塑模具通常是将浇口设置在上复板和型腔垫板中,浇口中热融的胶料经热流道输送至注塑模具的模腔中,该结构存在的缺点是:当注塑成型的塑料件冷却后,在热流道中热融的胶料也随之冷却,形成废料,在将塑料件顶出时,需将废料一同顶出,再由工人手动将废料剪掉,增加了工人的劳动强度,降低了生产效率,并导致大量废料的浪费,若要将废料再重新利用,则要把废料粉碎、造粒,加工麻烦,增加了加工步骤,提高了生产成本。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种将浇口直接从注塑模具的模腔中注入胶料,并由阀针封住浇口,消除废料,减少废料的浪费,降低了生产成本,减小工人劳动强度,提高生产效率的一种注塑模具的针阀式型腔进浇口。

本实用新型涉及一种注塑模具的针阀式型腔进浇口,如图1所示,包括上复板1,上复板下设置型腔垫板2,型腔垫板中设置流道板3,型腔垫板下设置型腔4,型腔中设置型腔镶块5,其特征在于:所述的流道板3下设置浇口6,浇口穿过型腔垫板2、型腔4和型腔镶块5与模腔相通,在流道板3上设置气缸7,气缸的活塞杆连接针阀8,气缸带动针阀与浇口6的下口部相配合。通过将浇口6穿过型腔垫板2、型腔4和型腔镶块5,直接与注塑模具的模腔相通,而在流道板3上设置气缸7,气缸的活塞杆连接针阀8,针阀经伸入浇口6中,当模腔中注满胶料后,由气缸7的活塞杆带动针阀8向下移动,使针阀下端堵住浇口6的下口部,在模腔中的塑料件完全冷却成型后,模具开模,并将成型的塑料件顶出,而由于浇口6直接从模腔进胶料,并由针阀堵住浇口,浇口中的胶料与塑料件相分离,塑料件冷却时,浇口中的胶料不会被冷却,从而不会产生废料,减少废料的浪费,降低了生产成本,也无需人工进行剪废料,减小工人劳动强度,提高了生产效率。
