本实用新型的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题，提出一种新型的手控阀，具有压力保护功能，采用双阀门结构，结构简单可靠，阀体采用塑料结构，节约了材料成本。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提出了一种新型的手控阀，包括按钮、阀杆、阀体、阀门总成和底座，所述阀杆安装于阀体内，阀杆上端安装有按钮，阀杆下端安装有阀门总成，阀体上开有进气口和出气口，所述底座安装于阀体底部，底座上开有排气口，所述阀体与阀杆之间设有第一腔体，阀体与底座之间设有第二腔体，第一腔体与第二腔体之间设有内阀口，第二腔体与排气口之间设有外阀口，进气口与第一腔体相连通，出气口与第二腔体相连通。
作为优选，所述阀杆的上端通过螺母与按钮相连接，阀杆的下端通过锁紧螺母与阀门总成紧固安装。

参阅图1、图2，本实用新型一种新型的手控阀，包括按钮1、阀杆2、阀体3、阀门总成4和底座5，所述阀杆2安装于阀体3内，阀杆2上端安装有按钮1，阀杆2下端安装有阀门总成4，阀体3上开有进气口31和出气口32，所述底座5安装于阀体3底部，底座5上开有排气口5，所述阀体3与阀杆2之间设有第一腔体61，阀体3与底座5之间设有第二腔体62，第一腔体61与第二腔体62之间设有内阀口71，第二腔体62与排气口51之间设有外阀口72，进气口31与第一腔体61相连通，出气口32与第二腔体62相连通，所述阀杆2的上端通过螺母11与按钮1相连接，阀杆2的下端通过锁紧螺母21与阀门总成4紧固安装，所述阀杆2中部设有弹簧22，所述弹簧22位于第一腔体61内，阀杆2与阀体3之间设有0型密封圈23，所述内阀口71位于阀门总成4的上方，外阀口72位于阀门总成4的下方，所述阀体3上设有若干安装孔33，阀体3采用塑料材质制成。

本实用新型一种新型的手控阀在工作过程中，手控阀通过安装孔33装在汽车驾驶室内，司机按下按钮1，带动阀杆2与阀门总成4向下运动，内阀口71打开，外阀口72关闭，气压通过进气口31、第一腔体61、第二腔体62，从出气口32进入弹簧制动缸，压缩弹簧制动缸的大弹簧的作用。当司机把按钮1向上拉起，带动阀杆2与阀门总成4向上运动，外阀口72打开，内阀口71关闭，弹簧制动缸的气压经过出气口32、第二腔体62，通过排气口51，排入外界，弹簧制动缸的大弹簧被释放，产生制动力，使得车辆停止。本实用还有一个特点是自动压力保护功能，比如车子遇到管路断气等紧急情况，进气口31气压低于一定值时，弹簧22就推动阀杆2向上运动，外阀口72打开，内阀口71关闭，弹簧制动缸的气压经过出气口32、第二腔体62，通过排气口51，排入外界，弹簧制动缸的大弹簧被释放，产生制动力，使得车辆停止。其他手控阀没有此项功能，紧急制动需手动操作，阀盖与阀体3采用振动焊接技术，把底座5与阀体3连接在一起，阀杆2与阀门总成4通过锁紧螺21母拧紧。

1.一种新型的手控阀，其特征在于：包括按钮(1)、阀杆(2)、阀体(3)、阀门总成(4)和底座(5)，所述阀杆(2)安装于阀体(3)内，阀杆(2)上端安装有按钮(1)，阀杆(2)下端安装有阀门总成(4)，阀体(3)上开有进气口(31)和出气口(32)，所述底座(5)安装于阀体(3)底部，底座(5)上开有排气口(5)，所述阀体(3)与阀杆(2)之间设有第一腔体(61)，阀体(3)与底座(5)之间设有第二腔体(62)，第一腔体(61)与第二腔体(62)之间设有内阀口(71)，第二腔体(62)与排气口(51)之间设有外阀口(72)，进气口(31)与第一腔体(61)相连通，出气口(32)与第二腔体(62)相连通。 
2.如权利要求1所述的一种新型的手控阀，其特征在于：所述阀杆(2)的上端通过螺母(11)与按钮(1)相连接，阀杆(2)的下端通过锁紧螺母(21)与阀门总成(4)紧固安装。 
3.如权利要求1所述的一种新型的手控阀，其特征在于：所述阀杆(2)中部设有弹簧(22)，所述弹簧(22)位于第一腔体(61)内，阀杆(2)与阀体(3)之间设有O型密封圈(23)。 
4.如权利要求1所述的一种新型的手控阀，其特征在于：所述内阀口(71)位于阀门总成(4)的上方，外阀口(72)位于阀门总成(4)的下方，所述阀体(3)上设有若干安装孔(33)。
