Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种汽车驱动桥L形线束固定支架成型的模具,包括上模与下模,所述上模包括成型凸模(5),所述下模包括凹模固定板(7)和成型凹模(8),其特征在于:所述凹模固定板(7)内部两侧各设有一成型凹模(8),两件成型凹模(8)的型腔之间放置顶料板(11),在顶料板(11)上的两侧每侧边各设有两个定位孔与两个定位销(10)连接,所述顶料板(11)的下方设有顶杆(14),所述成型凸模(5)、两件成型凹模(8)和顶料板(11)形成两个线束固定支架(9)的成型型腔。本实用新型将坯料成型时的角度控制在小于90°的范围内,使坯料成型过程稳定,保证了线束固定支架的外观形状规整及强度性能稳定。

[0002] 汽车驱动桥线束固定支架焊装在汽车驱动桥上,主要起到安装固定汽车线束的作用,它可以确保线束线线对接处能够按照最合适的方式进行固定,避免线束与周边件干涉;对线束走向起到限位作用,从而达到保护线束和美化线束布置走向的目的;提高连接可靠性,简化工艺装配,提高装配效率。
[0003] 线束固定支架传统的生产方式是分四道工序进行加工,其先采用单点剪板机实施下料工序加工,然后采用单点压力机实施落料-冲孔加工,再实施弯曲成型加工,最后实施成型角度整形加工。使用传统生产工艺,不但生产耗时较长,生产效率较低,而且产品质量稳定性不高。
[0004] 本实用新型正是基于现有技术中生产工艺存在的可优化性考虑,设计一种L形件成型模具,能使产品在成型工序中保证稳定的成型角度,可将后续的成型角度整形工序优化,这样通过设计一种能满足生产L形件的成型模具,提高产品的生产效率及质量稳定性,就显得十分必要。

[0025] 该类郑州日产柴油匹卡车型驱动桥的线束固定支架是由2mm厚的冷轧板经冲压加工制成,在下料工序及落料-冲孔工序后便可用于成型模具的加工:
[0026] 第一步,将本实用新型的汽车驱动桥L形线束固定支架成型模具,安装在单动四柱带顶出缸100T液压机上。
[0027] 第二步,将液压机的顶出缸开到其行程最高点的位置,使顶杆14把顶料板11的上平面顶到高出成型凹模8上工作平面2mm的位置。
[0028] 第三步,如图2所示,将落料-冲孔工序后的线束固定支架9分别放置在顶料板11上面的定位销10上,并使线束固定支架9上的2个孔套住相邻的2个定位销10。
[0029] 第四步,开动液压机对线束固定支架9进行冲压加工,成型凸模5向下运动,顶杆14与顶料板11带着顶出缸向上的压力和线束固定支架9 一起随着成型凸模5向下运动,直到顶料板11的下表面接触到下垫板12的上表面为止,使线束固定支架9在成型凹模8及顶料板11之间的型腔内完成弯曲成型,达到两成型面的夹角为89.3° — 89.7°、竖直成型面高度为25.0mm-25.2mm,经过成型后,工件的结构如图3所示。
[0030] 第五步,液压机上工作台面、成型凸模5先回位,接着顶杆14将顶料板11和线束固定支架9顶起,直到液压机的顶出缸开到其行程最高点的位置,用长镊子将成型好的线束固定支架9从定位销10上取出并放入物料箱内。
[0031] 采用本实用新型的汽车驱动桥L形线束固定支架成型模具制作的线束固定支架外形尺寸稳定在两成型面的夹角为89.5° ±0.2°、竖直成型面高度为25.lmm±0.1mm,整体外形的一致性规整,可持续稳定的确保线束固定支架达到产品图纸的设计要求。在提高产品质量的同时也提升了产能,郑州日产柴油匹卡车型驱动桥的线束固定支架生产工序由原来的四道优化为现在的三道。单件产品单班产能由6700件提升为14600件,单班产能提升了 118%。

1.一种汽车驱动桥L形线束固定支架成型模具,包括上模与下模,所述上模从上至下包括依次紧固连接的模柄(I)、上模板(2)、上垫板(4)和成型凸模(5),所述下模从上至下包括依次紧固连接的凹模固定板(7)、成型凹模(8)、下垫板(12)和下模板(13),其特征在于:所述凹模固定板(7)内部两侧各设有一成型凹模(8),两件成型凹模(8)的型腔之间放置顶料板(11),在顶料板(11)上的两侧每侧边各设有两个定位孔与两个定位销(10 )连接,所述顶料板(11)的下方设有顶杆(14),所述成型凸模(5)、两件成型凹模(8)和顶料板(11)形成两个线束固定支架(9)的成型型腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车驱动桥L形线束固定支架成型模具,其特征在于:所述模柄(I)与上模板(2 )为过盈配合,上垫板(4 )通过螺栓及定位销安装在上模板(2 )的下方,成型凸模(5)通过螺栓及定位销紧固连接于上垫板(4)下方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车驱动桥L形线束固定支架成型模具,其特征在于:所述定位销(10)与顶料板(11)过盈配合,顶料板(11)放置在两件成型凹模(8)的型腔之间且上下滑动连接,成型凹模(8)通过螺栓紧固在凹模固定板(7)的内部,凹模固定板(7)通过螺栓及定位销紧固安装于下垫板(12)的上方,顶杆(14)与下垫板(12)及下模板(13)的中间过孔上下滑动连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车驱动桥L形线束固定支架成型模具,其特征在于:在所述上模与下模之间设置有导柱导套结构,所述导套(3)通过过盈配合与上模板(2)连接,所述导柱(6)通过过盈配合与下模板(13)连接。
