3.根据权利要求1所述的轮组件,其特征在于,所述连接件包括环绕带轮的带。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的轮组件,其特征在于,所述连接件包括环绕链轮的滚子链。 
5.根据权利要求1所述的轮组件,其特征在于,所述连接件包括平行臂连接件。 
6.根据权利要求1所述的轮组件,其特征在于,所述第一和第二轮被布置为具有非零外倾角。 
7.一种轮组件,其特征在于,包括: 
a.定向几乎完全一致的第一轮和第二轮,第一轮被联接至第一旋转座机构,第二轮被联接至第二旋转座机构; 
b.联接至第一旋转座机构的第一齿轮; 
c.联接至第二旋转座机构的第二齿轮;以及 
d.一个或多个附加齿轮,所述附加齿轮与所述第一齿轮和第二齿轮啮合,以形成齿轮系,且其中所述第一齿轮和第二齿轮之间的传动比大约等于1。 
8.根据权利要求7所述的轮组件,其特征在于,所述第一和第 二轮被布置为具有非零外倾角。 
9.根据权利要求7所述的轮组件,其特征在于,所述附加齿轮的个数为1。 
10.根据权利要求7所述的轮组件,其特征在于,所述第一轮和第二轮被间隔有足够的距离,以允许360度枢转。 
11.根据权利要求7所述的轮组件,其特征在于,所述齿轮系被封装在外壳内。
