背景技术:
传统网带式连续正火炉的结构中,没有保温护滑套,由于夏天和冬天外界温度对工件的冷却速度影响非常大,会造成产品品质不良。特别是冬天,外界温度过低时,工件从保温段出来后,冷却速度过快,会造成工件硬度偏高,影响后道冷加工,刀具成本增加,加工效率低。

本实用新型目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种滑槽式正火冷却机构,它增加了保温滑套,使得工件在冬天冷却速度更加均匀,保证了产品的品质。
