背景技术
目前，石油化工等领域内所用的管道均通过管座方式实现连接，常规的管座安装方式为在管道上加焊连接管，然后在连接管上焊接对接用法兰环，从而实现连接；但是在实际的使用中发现，现场安装的连接件之间间隔很短，从而导致连接管较短，无法方便的在其上焊接上法兰环，从而影响连接的效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种连接方便的一体嵌入式法兰组件。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一体嵌入式法兰组件，所述组件包含有管道，管道上焊接有一与之垂直相交的连接管，所述管道在焊接部位处开设有连接孔，连接管靠近管道的一端向外翻折有一呈环状的翻边，且该翻边的外侧面与连接孔的内侧壁焊接相连，上述连接管远离管道的一端上设置有一法兰环，所述法兰环与连接管为一整体式结构，法兰环上设置有用于连接的螺栓孔，且法兰环的环面上间隔设置有多个凸柱和凹坑。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：
本实用新型通过在连接管上设置一与之成一体式的法兰环，从而无需后续焊接法兰环，方便了连接；并且，同时凸块和凹坑的“防呆”设计，使得定位更为精准；另外，由于翻边的上表面和管道的外表面齐平，从而使得其外观更为美观。

参见图1和图2，本实用新型涉及的一种一体嵌入式法兰组件，所述组件包含有管道1，管道1上焊接有一与之垂直相交的连接管2，具体的讲：所述管道1在焊接部位处开设有连接孔1.1，连接管2靠近管道1的一端向外翻折有一呈环状的翻边4，且该翻边4的外侧面与连接孔1.1的内侧壁焊接相连，从而使得翻边4的上表面和管道1的外表面齐平形成一连续的平面结构，更为美观；
上述连接管2的远离管道1的一端上设置有一法兰环3，所述法兰环3与连接管2为一整体式结构，法兰环3上设置有用于连接的螺栓孔3.1，且为了便于连接时的定位，法兰环3的环面上间隔设置有多个凸柱和凹坑（图中未示意上述凸柱和凹坑），连接用连接法兰环上的凸柱和凹坑相互插入，从而实现了精准定位。
