Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种热熔接头，所述接头的端口处具有一个环状外层和环状内层，环状内层与接头的管路相通；所述环状外层和环状内层之间形成一个环形的热熔槽；所述环状内层的内壁上固定有一圈金属内衬。本实用新型工作时，管路套在环状内层的外壁上，位于热熔槽内，与接头熔接在一起。热熔时，环状内层上的金属内衬可以有效地防止环状内层变形，影响接头与管路的密封性以及管路的通畅性。

背景技术
塑料管路一般通过各种接头连接，现今常用的连接方式是通过塑料热熔，管路与接头的连接处通过热熔连接在一起，其紧固性远远大于一般的螺纹连接。现有的热熔接头在经过加热熔接后，接头的内壁容易变形，与管路内壁产生空隙，也影响管路的畅通性。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述问题，提供一种结构简单、成本低廉，能使热熔后内壁不变形的热熔接头。
为此，本实用新型的技术方案是：一种热熔接头，所述接头的端口处具有一个环状外层和环状内层，环状内层与接头的管路相通；所述环状外层和环状内层之间形成一个环形的热熔槽；其特征在于：所述环状内层的内壁上固定有一圈金属内衬。
本实用新型工作时，管路套在环状内层的外壁上，位于热熔槽内，与接头熔接在一起。热熔时，环状内层上的金属内衬可以有效地防止环状内层变形，影响接头与管路的密封性以及管路的通畅性。
