Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种单向滚针轴承,包括套于中心轴外侧的轴承外圈,轴承外圈内设有均匀分布的滚针,每根滚针的两侧分别设有用于支撑结构的保持架及弹簧片,即保持架、滚针、弹簧片依次循环布置形成环状置于中心轴及轴承外圈之间,轴承外圈内壁设有与滚针数量相同的楔形槽,其特征在于,所述保持架的两端分别设有一个铜环,铜环外侧分别设有一个密封圈,铜环、密封圈均设于轴承外圈内。本实用新型大幅提高单向滚针轴承的承载扭矩和径向力,轴承外圈内侧增加了凸筋,防止滚针窜位;还增加了密封圈,防止灰尘和水进入轴承内部,提高了轴承的环境适应性和寿命。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种可以单向传递扭矩的单向滚针轴承,尤其是能传递大扭力并且适合在户外恶劣环境下使用的单向轴承。
背景技术
目前,已知公开的单向滚针轴承如图1-2所示,包括套于中心轴5外侧的轴承外圈1,轴承外圈1与中心轴5之间设有均匀分布的滚针2,轴承外圈1内设有用于支撑结构的保持架3及弹簧片4,滚针2、保持架3、弹簧片4三者循环布置;轴承外圈1内侧设有与滚针2数量一样的楔形槽,当中心轴5顺着使得滚针2向楔形槽扩大的方向转动时,中心轴5可以自由的转动;相反地,当中心轴5顺着使得滚针2向楔形槽缩小的方向转动时,滚针2会卡在楔形槽内,进一步滚针2会将中心轴5卡住,使中心轴5不能转动。由于单向滚针轴承的这一只能单向转动的特点,单向滚针轴承经常被当成单向离合器或超越离合器应用在家用电器等机械中。
但是传统的单向滚针轴承有两个大的缺点。首先,如图3-4所示,当轴承在逆时针转动时(如图3中黑色箭头所示)承受向右的径向力时(如图3中空心箭头所示),传统单向滚针轴承中的滚针2既作为楔形槽的填充物、制止物,又要承受轴承的径向力。这就使得轴承受力的一侧楔形槽缩小,另一侧楔形槽放大,这时如果转动扭矩较大时,楔形槽放大一侧的滚针2会在扩大的楔形槽自由活动起不到制止作用,甚至会越过楔形槽的最高点串入另一个楔形槽,造成轴承的破坏、卡死。其次,在户外或有灰尘和水的环境下使用时,由于传统的单向滚针轴承为开放式的结构,外部的杂质、雨水会很容易进入滚针轴承内部,破坏滚针轴承的内部结构。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的是传统单向滚针轴承在承受大扭矩和径向力的时候容易卡死,以及在户外或类似环境中使用容易失效的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种单向滚针轴承,包括套于中心轴外侧的轴承外圈,轴承外圈内设有均匀分布的滚针,每根滚针的两侧分别设有用于支撑结构的保持架及弹簧片,即保持架、滚针、弹簧片依次循环布置形成环状置于中心轴及轴承外圈之间,轴承外圈内壁设有与滚针数量相同的楔形槽,其特征在于,所述保持架的两端分别设有一个铜环,铜环外侧分别设有一个密封圈,铜环、密封圈均设于轴承外圈内。
优选地,所述轴承外圈内壁的每个楔形槽的最高点处均设有一条凸起的筋条。
优选地,所述密封圈的内径比铜环的内径小。
两个铜环位于滚针轴承保持架的两端用于承载轴承的径向力,使得即使在受到较大径向力时中心轴仍然能保持在轴承中心,避免在两侧楔形槽不均的问题,这也使得每一个滚针都起到制止反向运动的作用,提高制止扭矩;其次,单向滚针轴承的外圈楔形槽的最高点增加一个凸起筋条,使得滚针在承受大扭矩和挤压时也很难越过这个凸点;两个密封圈位于铜环外侧,这样可以防止外部的粉尘、水等进入轴承,也可以有效防止轴承内部的油脂溢出。
本实用新型大幅提高单向滚针轴承的承载扭矩和径向力,提高其在户外环境下的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
为使本实用新型更明显易懂,兹以优选实施例,并配合附图作详细说明如下。
实施例
如图5-7所示,为本实用新型提供的单向滚针轴承的结构示意图,包括套于中心轴5外侧的轴承外圈1,轴承外圈1内设有均匀分布的滚针2,每根滚针2的两侧分别设有用于支撑结构的保持架3及弹簧片4,即保持架3、滚针2、弹簧片4依次循环布置形成环状置于中心轴5及轴承外圈1之间,轴承外圈1内壁设有与滚针2数量相同的楔形槽,保持架3的两端分别设有一个铜环6,铜环6外侧分别设有一个密封圈7,铜环6、密封圈7均设于轴承外圈1内。铜环6和中心轴5间有很小的间隙配合,铜环6起到滑动轴承的作用,支撑中心轴5承受大部分径向力,使得即使在受到较大径向力时中心轴5仍然能保持在轴承中心,保证在受力方向两侧楔形槽不会有太大的变化,使得滚针2在适当大小的空间内活动,轴承正向转动时更加顺畅,轴承反向运动时,每个滚针2都起到制止反向运动的作用,大大提高制止扭矩。轴承外圈1内壁的每个楔形槽的最高点处均设有一条凸起的筋条8,筋条8限制了滚针2只能在各自的楔形槽内活动。在本实用新型承受较大的扭矩和径向力时,滚针2也无法越过这个筋条8进入相邻的楔形槽,从而避免了单向滚针轴承的卡死。密封圈7的内径比铜环6的内径小,这样可以防止外部的粉尘、水等进入轴承,也可以有效防止轴承内部的油脂溢出。
Claims (3)
1.一种单向滚针轴承,包括套于中心轴(5)外侧的轴承外圈(1),轴承外圈(1)内设有均匀分布的滚针(2),每根滚针(2)的两侧分别设有用于支撑结构的保持架(3)及弹簧片(4),即保持架(3)、滚针(2)、弹簧片(4)依次循环布置形成环状置于中心轴(5)及轴承外圈(1)之间,轴承外圈(1)内壁设有与滚针(2)数量相同的楔形槽,其特征在于,所述保持架(3)的两端分别设有一个铜环(6),铜环(6)外侧分别设有一个密封圈(7),铜环(6)、密封圈(7)均设于轴承外圈(1)内。
2.如权利要求1所述的单向滚针轴承,其特征在于,所述轴承外圈(1)内壁的每个楔形槽的最高点处均设有一条凸起的筋条(8)。
3.如权利要求1所述的单向滚针轴承,其特征在于,所述密封圈(7)的内径比铜环(6)的内径小。
