背景技术
在铅冶炼过程中，为提高冶炼效率而使用分多次添加冶炼原料，既可以对冶炼完成的炉体降温，又可对新料预热，降低了能耗，但存在的问题有，添加新料时，熔液溅射到炉口，由于炉口温度较低冷却凝固于边缘，影响了再次封口的严密性，为此需要安排工人人工除渣，操作环境差，同时增加了工作操作的危险性，因此需要设计一种安全实用的工具来配合冶炼新工艺。

本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，操作简便、安全实用的铅冶炼炉口打口机。
本实用新型的方案如下：
一种铅冶炼炉口打口机，包括固定装置和打口装置，固定装置连接旋转臂，旋转臂下方连接伸缩臂，伸缩臂前端为向下设置的顶杆，顶杆上部设有摆动固定轴。
顶杆采用气动驱动。
旋转臂设升降装置。
旋转臂、伸缩臂、顶杆可通过远程控制。
