一种用于针织机鞍座的铸造模具，包括型板1，其特征在于：所述型板1上设有铸造型腔2；所述铸造型腔2为圆环状，其底部外侧延伸有凸台21；所述型板1上设有浇道3；所述浇道3与铸造型腔2相连通。
所述浇道3由主浇道31和侧浇道32组成，所述主浇道31为圆弧状，其与和侧浇道32相连通；所述侧浇道32与铸造型腔2相连通。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：成型效果好，提高了模具的使用寿命，降低了铸件毛刺和飞边的数量，提高了铸件的精度。

现结合附图，详述本实用新型具体实施方式：
如图1、图2所示，一种用于针织机鞍座的铸造模具，包括型板1，型板1上设有铸造型腔2；铸造型腔2为圆环状，其底部外侧延伸有凸台21；型板1上设有浇道3；浇道3与铸造型腔2相连通。
如图2所示，本实用新型浇道3由主浇道31和侧浇道32组成，主浇道31为圆弧状，其与和侧浇道32相连通；侧浇道32与铸造型腔2相连通。
本实用新型使用时的过程为：铸液从主浇道31流向侧浇道32充入型腔内部，完成充型，并进行保压，直至冷却，冷却后开模，型腔打开取件。

1.一种用于针织机鞍座的铸造模具，包括型板（1），其特征在于：所述型板（1）上设有铸造型腔（2）；所述铸造型腔（2）为圆环状，其底部外侧延伸有凸台（21）；所述型板（1）上设有浇道（3）；所述浇道（3）与铸造型腔（2）相连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于针织机鞍座的铸造模具，其特征在于：所述浇道（3）由主浇道（31）和侧浇道（32）组成，所述主浇道（31）为圆弧状，其与侧浇道（32）相连通；所述侧浇道（32）与铸造型腔（2）相连通。
