车厢门铝合金是铝型材较常用的一种型材。本实用新型作出以前,传统的车厢门铝合金型材挤压模具不易成形。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种易成形的车厢门铝合金型材挤压模具。 
本车厢门型材挤压模具,包括有上模和下模,所述上模由分流孔、工头构成,下模由焊合室、成型孔、出料口构成,其特征是:在下模中位于成型孔右侧上端面,设有阻流块。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比,其特点在于:阻流块在焊合室上型材长而薄易变形位置,有效地提高了模具的成形度。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的具体实施方式:参见图1、图2,本实用新型包括上模1和下模2两个部分;上模1由分流孔3、工头4构成;下模2由焊合室5、阻流块6、成型孔7、出料口8构成;所述阻流块6设在焊合室5上型材长而薄易变形位置(即在下模中位于成型孔右侧上端面,设有阻流块),所述出料口8在成型孔7的下方。软固态铝经由分流孔3进入下模焊合室5,其中一部分软固态铝到焊合室后被阻流块6阻流,再经过上模工头4与成型孔7所配合出的型材形状,最后经过出料口8出料。所述上下模由四个销钉9和两个螺钉10固定成一体。
