本LED显示屏边框铝型材挤压模具包括上模和下模两个部分；上模由分流孔减压台、分流孔和工头构成；其上分布有4个分流孔，所述分流孔减压台在分流孔上方，所述分流孔呈不同形状分布；下模由焊合室、成型孔、出料口构成；所述出料口在成型孔的下方。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，其特点在于：上模在分流孔的上方设置了分流孔减压台，有效地提高了模具的承受挤压能力和使用寿命。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的具体实施方式：参见图1、图2、图3，本实用新型包括上模1和下模2两个部分；上模1由分流孔减压台3、分流孔4和工头5构成；其上分布有4个分流孔，所述分流孔减压台3在分流孔4上方，所述分流孔4呈不同形状分布；下模2由焊合室6、成型孔7、出料口8构成；所述出料口8在成型孔7的下方。软固态铝首先进入分流孔减压台3，经由分流孔4进入下模焊合室6，再经过工头5与下模成型孔7所配合出的型材形状，最后经过出料口8出料。所述上下模由两个销钉9和两个螺钉10固定成一体。
