本实用新型的技术方案是：该阀门法兰胀开器包括法兰左顶块、法兰右顶块以及液压缸。法兰左顶块和法兰右顶块下分别有卡法兰豁口，法兰右顶块固定连接在液压缸右端，法兰左顶块固定连接在液压缸左端，液压缸通过管道与手动液压泵相连通。

实际使用时：
将该阀门法兰胀开器的法兰左顶块1和法兰右顶块2分别卡套在阀门两端管道的法兰上，然后压动手动液压泵，液压缸3左端的活塞向伸出外，通过法兰左顶块1和法兰右顶块2向外推动阀门两端管道的法兰，使阀门轻松从阀门两端管道的法兰间取出，即完成阀门更换和维修操作。
该阀门法兰胀开器经现场实验，与普通工具相比，提高效率3倍以上，一个人就能操作。
