本实用新型属于阻燃剂母粒制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种阻燃剂母粒制备装置,包括原料混合装置、原料输送缓冲装置、双螺杆挤出机、切粒输送装置、脱水装置和筛分装置,所述机筒沿长度方向设有至少11个输送单元,所述输送单元内均设有水槽和温度传感器,所述水槽通过水管连通冷却水箱,所述温度传感器和控制阀均与温控装置电连接,所述切粒装置包括水冷切粒室和与所述水冷切粒室连通的水粒输送管,所述水冷切粒室内设有切粒刀,所述水冷切粒室连通所述双螺杆挤出机的口模。该阻燃剂母粒制备装置设计合理,操作简单,省时省力,能分段且精确地控制造粒温度,提高母粒的粒度均匀度和产品合格率。

技术领域
本实用新型属于阻燃剂母粒制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种阻燃剂母粒制备装置。
背景技术
阻燃剂母粒是一种脂环族添加型阻燃剂,其主要成分为六溴环十二烷,它具有用量低、阻燃效果好、对材料物理性能影响小、对热和紫外光稳定性好的优点,主要用于EPS(发泡聚苯乙烯)、聚丙烯和其它苯乙烯树脂中。此外,它适用于对针织物、丁苯胶、粘合剂和涂料以及不饱和聚酯树脂进行阻燃处理。
现有的阻燃剂母粒制备装置主要是采用双螺杆挤出机,经双螺杆挤出机挤出的挤出物在冷却室冷却后再进行切粒,原料经受双螺杆熔融、混炼、输送等作用到达挤出机的口模,由于阻燃剂母粒在制备过程中对温度要求非常精确,且在制备过程中双螺杆挤出机不同段位所需要的温度也不同,温度过高或过低会使生产出来的母粒产品成糊状,而现在使用的双螺杆挤出机的温度控制精度较差,且挤出物在冷却室冷却后再进行切粒的操作会出现切粒后的母粒粒度均匀度较低,从而影响最终产品的合格率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种能控温精确且能提高母粒粒度均匀度的阻燃剂母粒制备装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:
阻燃剂母粒制备装置,包括原料混合装置、原料输送缓冲装置、双螺杆挤出机、切粒输送装置、脱水装置和筛分装置,所述双螺杆挤出机的机筒沿长度方向设有至少11个输送单元,所述输送单元内均设有水槽和温度传感器,所述水槽通过水管连通循环水箱,所述水管均设有控制阀,所述温度传感器和控制阀均电连接有温控装置;所述切粒输送装置包括水冷切粒室和与所述水冷切粒室连通的水粒输送管,所述水冷切粒室内设有切粒刀,所述水冷切粒室连通所述双螺杆挤出机的口模。
作为一种改进,所述原料输送缓冲装置包括出料箱和料斗,所述出料箱与所述原料混合装置连通,所述料斗与所述双螺杆挤出机的进料口连通。
作为进一步地改进,所述脱水装置包括依次连通的脱水筛、缓冲料斗和干燥器,所述脱水筛的进口设有观察箱,所述脱水筛的出水口连通有集水箱,所述缓冲料斗的底部设有风机。
作为更进一步地改进,所述水粒输送管连通所述脱水筛,所述水粒输送管外设有保温套。
作为更进一步地改进,所述集水箱与所述水冷切粒室连通。
作为更进一步地改进,所述筛分装置包括振动筛,所述振动筛内设有筛网清扫装置,所述筛网清扫装置包括设在所述振动筛内的清扫刷和与所述清扫刷连接的伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆伸出所述振动筛的筛箱外。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型提供的阻燃剂母粒制备装置包括原料混合装置、原料输送缓冲装置、双螺杆挤出机、切粒输送装置、脱水装置和筛分装置。
原料混合装置将各种原辅料混合后输送至出料箱内,再经料斗缓冲后进入双螺杆挤出机进行造粒,料斗对混匀后的原料起到一定的缓冲作用,使得混匀后的原料不会堆积在双螺杆挤出机的进料口处或是溢出进料口,促使双螺杆挤出机平稳有序地进行造粒;双螺杆挤出机通过温控装置来监测每个输送单元的温度,通过预热装置和冷却水来调节每个输送单元的温度,使每个输送单元的温度达到阻燃剂母粒制备所需的温度标准,其设计合理,能分段、精确地控制母粒制备所需要的温度,使得母粒挤出物丝不断,且水冷切粒能提高产品的粒度均匀度。
脱水筛的进料口处设有观察箱,方便生产人员观察水粒进入脱水筛的情况,通过观察口还可以监测水温情况,避免水温过低而堵塞进料口进而影响生产效率;水粒输送管外设有保温套能够保持管内的水温,避免水温过低堵塞口模从而影响母粒粗品的输送;集水箱与水冷切粒室连通,该设计能够将脱水后的热温水进行再利用,降低了生产成本;清扫装置方便生产人员不需要打开筛盖即可清理振动筛内卡塞在筛网上的块状物,省时省力,提高了生产效率;该阻燃剂母粒制备装置设计合理,操作简单,省时省力,能分段且精确地控制造粒温度,提高母粒的粒度均匀度和产品合格率。

阻燃剂母粒制备装置包括原料混合装置1、原料输送缓冲装置2、双螺杆挤出机3、切粒输送装置4、脱水装置5和筛分装置6,原料输送缓冲装置2包括出料箱21和料斗22,出料箱21与原料混合装置1连通,料斗22与双螺杆挤出机3的进料口31连通,机筒32沿其长度方向设有11个输送单元33,每个输送单元内均设有水槽和温度传感器,水槽通过水管连通循环水箱7,水管上均设有控制阀,温度传感器和控制阀均与温控装置8电连接。
切粒输送装置4包括水冷切粒室41和水粒输送管42,水粒输送管42与水冷切粒室41连通,水冷切粒室41内设有切粒刀,双螺杆挤出机3的口模34与水冷切粒室41连通。
脱水装置5包括依次连通的脱水筛51、缓冲料斗52和干燥器53,水粒输送管42与脱水筛51的进口511连通,水粒输送管42外设有保温套,脱水筛51的进口511设有观察箱512,脱水筛51的出水口513连通有集水箱9,集水箱9与水冷切粒室41连通,缓冲料斗52的底部设有风机521,缓冲料斗52与干燥器53之间通过管道连通,风机521与管道连通。
筛分装置6包括振动筛61,振动筛61设在干燥器53的出口的下方,振动筛61设有筛网清扫装置62,筛网清扫装置62包括清扫刷621和伸缩杆622,清扫刷621设在振动筛61内,伸缩杆622的一端与清扫刷621连接,伸缩杆622的另一端伸出振动筛61的筛箱外。

1.阻燃剂母粒制备装置,其特征在于:包括原料混合装置、原料输送缓冲装置、双螺杆挤出机、切粒输送装置、脱水装置和筛分装置,所述双螺杆挤出机的机筒沿长度方向设有至少11个输送单元,所述输送单元内均设有水槽和温度传感器,所述水槽通过水管连通循环水箱,所述水管均设有控制阀,所述温度传感器和控制阀均电连接有温控装置;所述切粒输送装置包括水冷切粒室和与所述水冷切粒室连通的水粒输送管,所述水冷切粒室内设有切粒刀,所述水冷切粒室连通所述双螺杆挤出机的口模。
2.如权利要求1所述的阻燃剂母粒制备装置,其特征在于:所述原料输送缓冲装置包括出料箱和料斗,所述出料箱与所述原料混合装置连通,所述料斗与所述双螺杆挤出机的进料口连通。
3.如权利要求2所述的阻燃剂母粒制备装置,其特征在于:所述脱水装置包括依次连通的脱水筛、缓冲料斗和干燥器,所述脱水筛的进口设有观察箱,所述脱水筛的出水口连通有集水箱,所述缓冲料斗的底部设有风机。
4.如权利要求3所述的阻燃剂母粒制备装置,其特征在于:所述水粒输送管连通所述脱水筛,所述水粒输送管外设有保温套。
5.如权利要求4所述的阻燃剂母粒制备装置,其特征在于:所述集水箱与所述水冷切粒室连通。
6.如权利要求5所述的阻燃剂母粒制备装置,其特征在于:所述筛分装置包括振动筛,所述振动筛内设有筛网清扫装置,所述筛网清扫装置包括设在所述振动筛内的清扫刷和与所述清扫刷连接的伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆伸出所述振动筛的筛箱外。
