本实用新型属于阻燃剂母粒生产装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种阻燃剂母粒制备用造粒装置,包括加料装置和与所述加料装置连通的双螺杆挤出机,所述双螺杆挤出机包括机筒和设在所述机筒内的双螺杆,所述机筒内设有预热装置,所述机筒沿所述机筒长度方向设有至少11个输送单元,所述输送单元内均设有水槽和温度传感器,所述每个水槽均通过水管连通循环水箱,所述水管上均设有控制阀,所述每个温度传感器和控制阀均与温控装置电连接。该阻燃剂母粒制备用造粒装置能分段控温,控温精确度高,能提高产品质量和生产效率。

技术领域
本实用新型属于阻燃剂母粒生产装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种阻燃剂母粒制备用造粒装置。
背景技术
阻燃剂母粒是一种脂环族添加型阻燃剂,其主要成分为六溴环十二烷,它具有用量低、阻燃效果好、对材料物理性能影响小、对热和紫外光稳定性好的优点,主要用于EPS(发泡聚苯乙烯)、聚丙烯和其它苯乙烯树脂中。此外,它适用于对针织物、丁苯胶、粘合剂和涂料,以及不饱和聚酯树脂进行阻燃处理。
阻燃剂母粒生产用的造粒装置通常为双螺杆挤出机,原料通过双螺杆挤出机的加料口加入,原料经受双螺杆熔融、混炼、输送等作用到达挤出机的口模,从而完成制粒。为保证原料顺利加入,必须保持固体原料的摩擦性质,故挤出机加料口段不但不要加热,还需要冷却,而在加料口下游,机筒温度则需升高,以便将原料加热,促使其熔融,且机筒不同段位所需要的温度也不同,而温度是阻燃剂母粒挤出过程得以进行的重要条件,由于阻燃剂母粒在造粒过程中对温度要求非常精确,而现在使用的双螺杆挤出机的温度控制精度较差,温度过高或过低会使生产出来的母粒产品成糊状,不能达到造粒所需要的要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种控温精确,提高产品质量和生产效率的阻燃剂母粒制备用造粒装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:
阻燃剂母粒制备用造粒装置,包括加料装置和与所述加料装置连通的双螺杆挤出机,所述双螺杆挤出机包括机筒和设在所述机筒内的双螺杆,所述机筒内设有预热装置,所述机筒沿所述机筒长度方向设有至少11个输送单元,所述输送单元内均设有水槽和温度传感器,所述每个水槽均通过水管连通循环水箱,所述水管上均设有控制阀,所述每个温度传感器和控制阀均与温控装置电连接。
作为一种改进,所述加料装置包括加料斗和喂料箱,所述喂料箱内设有筛网,所述筛网将所述喂料箱的内腔分为上喂料腔和下喂料腔,所述上喂料腔的一侧设有粗料出口,所述粗料出口处设有开合盖。
作为进一步地改进,所述温控装置设有温度报警器。
作为更进一步地改进,所述双螺杆挤出机的出口端设有口模,所述口模外设有加热圈,所述加热圈电连接有电源。
优选的,所述机筒内设有平行同向旋转的双螺杆。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型提供的阻燃剂母粒制备用造粒装置,其中的双螺杆挤出机设有至少11个输送单元,通过温控装置来监测每个输送单元的温度,通过预热装置和循环水来调节每个输送单元的温度,使每个输送单元的温度达到阻燃剂母粒制备所需的温度标准,其设计合理,能分段、精确地控制母粒制备所需要的温度;当输送单元的温度超过或低于设定温度时,温度报警器会及时提醒生产人员进行查看,从而保障生产的顺利进行,能提高产品的质量和生产效率;口模外设有加热圈能够防止口模处温度不均匀而导致挤出物断丝,以致影响产品的合格率;喂料箱内设有筛网能够将原料中的块状原料过滤出来,经粗料口排出进行粉碎后再进行造粒,提高了双螺杆挤出机的造粒质量;平行同向旋转的双螺杆在啮合处,螺纹和螺槽的速度相反,物料相对速度很大,承受很大的剪切,有利于混合,且能刮去螺槽内的积料,具有较好的混炼和自洁作用。

阻燃剂母粒制备用造粒装置包括加料装置1和双螺杆挤出机2,双螺杆挤出机2包括机筒21和双螺杆,双螺杆平行设在机筒21内且双螺杆同向旋转,机筒21内设有预热装置,双螺杆挤出机2的出口端设有口模22,机筒21沿其长度方向设有11个输送单元23,每个输送单元23内均设有水槽和温度传感器,每个水槽均通过水管3连通循环水箱4,每条水管3上均设有控制阀31,每个温度传感器和控制阀31均与温控装置5电连接。
实施例二
图2示出了本实施例提供的的阻燃剂母粒制备用造粒装置结构示意图,为了便于说明,本图仅提供与本实用新型有关的结构部分。
本实施例中的阻燃剂母粒制备用造粒装置与实施例一中的结构基本相同,其不同之处在于:加料装置1包括加料斗11和喂料箱12,喂料箱12内设有筛网13,筛网13将喂料箱12的内腔分为上喂料腔121和下喂料腔122,上喂料腔121的一侧设有粗料出口14,粗料出口14处设有开合盖15;温控装置5设有温度报警器;口模22外设有加热圈6,加热圈6与电源电连接。

1.阻燃剂母粒制备用造粒装置,包括加料装置和与所述加料装置连通的双螺杆挤出机,所述双螺杆挤出机包括机筒和设在所述机筒内的双螺杆,所述机筒内设有预热装置,其特征在于:所述机筒沿所述机筒长度方向设有至少11个输送单元,所述输送单元内均设有水槽和温度传感器,所述每个水槽均通过水管连通循环水箱,所述水管上均设有控制阀,所述每个温度传感器和控制阀均与温控装置电连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的阻燃剂母粒制备用造粒装置,其特征在于:所述加料装置包括加料斗和喂料箱,所述喂料箱内设有筛网,所述筛网将所述喂料箱的内腔分为上喂料腔和下喂料腔,所述上喂料腔的一侧设有粗料出口,所述粗料出口处设有开合盖。
3.如权利要求2所述的阻燃剂母粒制备用造粒装置,其特征在于:所述温控装置设有温度报警器。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的阻燃剂母粒制备用造粒装置,其特征在于:所述双螺杆挤出机的出口端设有口模,所述口模外设有加热圈,所述加热圈电连接有电源。
5.如权利要求4所述的阻燃剂母粒制备用造粒装置,其特征在于:所述机筒内设有平行同向旋转的双螺杆。
