本实用新型涉及一种客车舱门铰链，要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术解决舱门大开度而占用洞口上侧较大空间和电泳客车的受限制的问题，本实用新型提供一种客车舱门铰链，包括上合页和下合页，其中上合页与下合页通过钢轴连接在一起；钢轴外设有轴衬套。本实用新型能够实现舱门大开度且占用洞口上侧空间较小。

本实用新型涉及一种客车舱门结构，具体涉及一种客车舱门铰链。
背景技术
目前，通用的客车舱门铰链布置形式一般有2种：第一种是安装2至3个独立的金属铰链；第二种就是安装1个与舱门等长的橡胶铰链；对于采用第一种形式舱门，如要实现舱门大开度，舱门开启后一般都会占用洞口上侧较大空间，另外如要保证舱门密封，舱门洞口上侧还要布置舱门止口，舱门上侧结构比较复杂；而对于采用第二种形式的橡胶铰链的舱门，舱门开启时只需占用洞口上侧很小的空间就可以实现大开度，另外舱门上侧不需要布置止口就可实现密封，舱门结构相对比较简单；但是不能满足客车电泳要求，因此使用范围受到限制。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术解决舱门大开度而占用洞口上侧较大空间和电泳客车的受限制的问题，本实用新型提供一种能够实现舱门大开度且占用洞口上侧空间较小的客车舱门型材铰链，包括上合页和下合页，其中上合页与下合页通过钢轴连接在一起；钢轴外设有轴衬套，所述下合页上设有安装密封条的槽沟，所述铰链外侧安装有装饰盖板，上合页上侧设置有台阶。
所述上合页与下合页为铝型材。
所述装饰盖板通过螺钉固定在铰链外侧，且上合页上设置有与螺钉相配合的避让孔。
本实用新型能够实现舱门大开度且占用洞口上侧空间较小，同时可以满足电泳客车的实用要求。下合页上设有槽沟，用来安装密封条。连接上下合页的钢轴有轴衬套保护，可以减少摩擦，增加实用寿命。

具体实施方式
如附图所示，本实用新型提供一种客车舱门型材铰链，包括上合页1和下合页2，其中上合页1与下合页2通过钢轴3连接，钢轴3外设有轴衬套保护。
作为优化的实施方式，上述上合页1与下合页2为铝型材。
作为优化的实施方式，上述下合页上设有安装密封条8的槽沟。
作为优化的实施方式，上述铰链5外侧安装有装饰盖板7，上合页1上侧设置有台阶。
作为优化的实施方式，上述装饰盖板7通过螺钉固定在铰链5外侧，且上合页上设置有与螺钉相配合的避让孔。
客车舱门铰链5安装时，将铰链5上合页1与车身骨架通过螺钉或铆钉连接，下合页2与舱门9通过螺栓连接；铰链5安装后与舱门9等长；在铰链5外侧安装装饰盖板7，起遮挡铰链5的装饰作用；为了保证装饰盖板7的安装，在铰链上合页1上侧专门留有台阶，可保证安装装饰盖板7时盖板能插进腰梁底部；装饰盖板7是从下方通过螺钉固定的，为了保证螺钉能直接固定装饰盖板，制作铰链时在上合页上提前开有避让孔；另外为了保证舱门9上沿有可靠的密封性，在铰链下合页2上设计有槽沟，槽沟用来安装密封条8。

1.一种客车舱门铰链，包括上合页（1）和下合页（2），其中上合页（1）与下合页（2）通过钢轴（3）连接在一起；钢轴（3）外设有轴衬套（4），其特征在于：所述下合页（2）上设有安装密封条（8）的槽沟，所述铰链（5）外侧安装有装饰盖板（7），上合页（1）上侧设置有台阶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的客车舱门铰链，其特征在于：所述上合页（1）与下合页（2）为铝型材。
3.根据权利要求1所述的客车舱门铰链，其特征在于：所述装饰盖板（7）通过螺钉固定在铰链（5）外侧，且上合页上设置有与螺钉相配合的避让孔。
