本实用新型涉及一种用于安装齿圈支架的工位器具。
背景技术
在汽车的装配行业中，齿圈的搬运和装配过程中需要将齿圈支架配合好，然后运到装配现场。由于齿圈支架重量达到15kg，又要在搬运过程中尽量少的磕碰，还要方便操作者的操作，所以迫切需要一种工位器具解决这些问题。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种用于安装齿圈支架的工位器具，它可以方便快捷的实现齿圈支架的工位转移。
本实用新型采用了以下技术方案：一种用于安装齿圈支架的工位器具，它包括若干纵向方管，若干纵向方管在纵向拼接后形成框架体，在框架体内由上至下横向穿有若干横向方管，若干横向方管将框架体隔成若干工件室，在每个工件室内的两侧分别固定安装角铁，齿圈支架放置在两角铁的平面之间。
所述的角铁平面铆接有橡胶皮。所述的纵向方管设置为40*40的方管。所述的横向方管设置为40*20的方管。所述的框架体的底部设有底脚，底脚采用Φ16的圆钢弯曲焊接而成，底脚的高度为140-200mm。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果：采用了以上技术方案后，本实用新型的若干纵向方管在纵向拼接后形成框架体，在框架体内由上至下横向穿有若干横向方管，若干横向方管将框架体隔成若干工件室，在每个工件室内的两侧分别固定安装角铁，齿圈支架放置在两角铁的平面之间，这种结构不但牢固耐用，方便了齿圈支架的转移，而且也提高了工作效率，减少了工件的磕碰伤。本实用新型框架体的底部设有底脚，底脚采用Φ16的圆钢弯曲焊接而成，底脚的高度为140-200mm，这样可以实现叉车对齿圈支架的直接搬运。

在图1和图2中，本实用新型提供了一种用于安装齿圈支架的工位器具，它包括若干纵向方管1，本实施例包括十二根纵向方管1，所述的纵向方管1设置为40*40的方管，十二根纵向方管1在纵向拼接后形成框架体，框架体的底部设有底脚6，底脚6采用Φ16的圆钢弯曲焊接而成，底脚6的高度为140-200mm，在框架体内由上至下横向穿有若干横向方管2，本实施例穿有二十五根横向方管2，横向方管2设置为40*20的方管，二十五根横向方管2将框架体隔成若干工件室3，在每个工件室3内的两侧分别固定安装角铁4，齿圈支架5放置在两角铁4的平面之间，所述的角铁4平面铆接有橡胶皮。

1.一种用于安装齿圈支架的工位器具，其特征是它包括若干纵向方管（1），若干纵向方管（1）在纵向拼接后形成框架体，在框架体内由上至下横向穿有若干横向方管（2），若干横向方管（2）将框架体隔成若干工件室（3），在每个工件室（3）内的两侧分别固定安装角铁（4），齿圈支架（5）放置在两角铁（4）的平面之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于安装齿圈支架的工位器具，其特征是所述的角铁（4）平面铆接有橡胶皮。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于安装齿圈支架的工位器具，其特征是所述的纵向方管（1）设置为40*40的方管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于安装齿圈支架的工位器具，其特征是所述的横向方管（2）设置为40*20的方管。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于安装齿圈支架的工位器具，其特征是所述的框架体的底部设有底脚（6），底脚（6）采用Φ16的圆钢弯曲焊接而成，底脚（6）的高度为140-200mm。
