本实用新型涉及汽车配件生产技术领域,具体的说,是一种粉末成型机上的下料板。 
背景技术
气缸盖是汽车内燃机的重要部件,而气门座圈和气门导管的加工技术是气缸盖的性能的关键,因此气门座圈和气门导管均由成本较高的粉末冶金经压制成型、热处理、机加工等工序制造而成,在实际生产过程中,气门座圈在粉末成型机上通过模具压制成型时,总会有少量残留粉末随着气门座圈一起顺着下料板落下,造成浪费,目前常用的解决方法下料板上设置有圆孔,圆孔下方设置有回收盒来回收残留粉末,但由于粉末成型机床身较高,下料板上端位置距离地面的垂直距离也较高,残留的粉末通过圆孔落下到回收盒的过程中常常因为距离较长而造成粉末飘落到别处,造成回收率不高。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种提高残留粉末回收率的粉末成型机上的下料板。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种粉末成型机上的下料板,应用于气门座圈生产线,包括长方形下料板,下料板两侧设置有挡板,下料板上靠近下料板上端设置有均匀分布的圆孔,下料板的圆孔下方固定安装有带有下料口的下料斗,下料口下方设置有导管。 
所述的下料斗下方设置有回收盒。 
采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:通过下料板的下料口下方的导管把生产过 程中的残留粉末送入回收盒,避免了残留粉末飘入空气而造成的流失,提高了回收率,节约了成本。

采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:通过下料板的下料口下方的导管把生产过程中的残留粉末送入回收盒,避免了残留粉末飘入空气而造成的流失,提高了回收率,节约了成本。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉末成型机上的下料板,其特征在于,所述的下料斗下方设置有回收盒。
