本实用新型涉及一种铁路客车风道连接用法兰。
背景技术
    目前，随着乘客对舒适度的要求越来越高，在现有铁路客车上均设有风道。为保证整个送风的密封性，两节风道之间需要相互连接并进行密封。现有车辆上的风道连接形式为在每节风道端部设有法兰，法兰上设置安装孔，通过螺栓连接的方式将两节风道连接在一起。每节风道端部设置的法兰孔较多，误差的累积会导致现场安装时安装孔无法对应的现象；在靠近车顶处的安装孔由于操作空间有限会导致无法安装紧固件；每两节风道之间需要较多的紧固件，耗时耗力。
实用新型内容
    本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型风道连接法兰，节省安装时间，减少紧固件的数量，节省成本，提高工作效率。
    为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种风道连接法兰，其特征在于：   包括上部法兰、下部法兰，上部法兰和下部法兰均为槽型，在槽内安装有密封条；在上部法兰的两端设有安装座，安装座上设有长圆孔，在下部法兰的两端头安装面上设有长圆孔。
本实用新型将上部法兰和下部法兰扣在风道连接的周圈，通过安装座上的长圆孔和下部法兰上的安装孔将上下两个法兰固定在一起，节省安装时间，减少紧固件的数量，节省成本，提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2，本实用新型包括上部法兰1、下部法兰2、密封条4，上部法兰1和下部法兰2均为槽型结构，在上部法兰1和下部法兰2的槽内设置有密封条4。在上部法兰1的两端设有安装座3，安装座3上设有长圆孔用于连接，在下部法兰2的两端设有安装孔。安装时，将上部法兰1和下部法兰2扣在风道连接的周圈，通过安装座3上的长圆孔和下部法兰2上的安装孔将上下两个法兰固定在一起，并可以通过长圆孔进行上下、左右的松紧度调节。
