目前,国内汽车保险杠支架与车身钣金连接方式为在车身钣金上开孔，在孔后焊接螺母，然后用螺栓把支架与钣金连接在一起。在钣金孔后焊接螺母由于没有定位，容易产生较大的尺寸偏差，导致支架安装困难。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种保险杠支架与车身钣金卡接结构，以解决传统的依靠螺栓安装方式，有尺寸偏差，导致安装困难的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是：车身钣金上开有长方形钣金固定孔，正方形防水垫片位于保险杠支架和车身钣金之间，并与钣金固定孔边缘压接，卡爪与保险杠支架固定连接，自攻螺钉与卡爪张紧固定连接，钣金固定孔长边为L1，L1为11mm，钣金固定孔短边为L2，L2为9mm，正方形防水垫片内边为M，M为8mm，正方形防水垫片外边为N，N为14mm。
