本实用新型公开了孔眼蜂窝板散热的LED光源,槽坡面为孔眼面,槽底相对叠放,热源与蜂窝板单边接触,另三侧单边分布散热尖端,属于传热与散热和电子技术领域。 
背景技术
现在的LED散热器都属于增加散热面积同时增加散热材料体量,散热对流不能在散热端有效贯通,热源部位散热慢,在热源与传热面接触部位形成热积蓄,未见孔眼蜂窝板散热的LED光源和孔眼蜂窝板散热器的应用信息报道。 
发明内容
本实用新型公开的孔眼蜂窝板散热的LED光源, 刚性材料的孔眼板三侧加工连续或断续尖端或刃口,利用尖端散热快速散出热源端热量;板面加工成梯形槽的槽底为实板面且层面接触定位,增加散热接触面和孔眼蜂窝散热器强度,提高散热效率;槽坡为孔眼板面,降低散热气流阻力,快速散热;槽底相对叠放成蜂窝孔,降低散热材料体量,形成旋风气流;另一侧加工与热源做LED光源传热连接端面,增大散热材料热源接触面,提高散热面积;刃口分为平面刃口、曲面刃口,提高快速散热和传热速度,可以工业化、标准化、系列化、通用化生产。 
本实用新型具有以下特征:
1 刚性材料的孔眼(13)板三侧加工连续或断续尖端(11)或刃口(1,7),板面加工成梯形槽的槽底(12)为实板面且层面接触定位,槽坡为孔眼(13)板面,槽底相对叠放成蜂窝孔(14),另一侧加工与热源(9)做LED光源传热连接端面(15),刃口分为平面刃口、曲面刃口。

具体实施方式
材料的选择: 
通用的传热系数好的铜板、铝板、合金板材料板加工成孔眼板,也采用通行的钣金加工、机加工方法分割成实板、孔眼、石板等间距分布的孔眼板,孔眼面积为斜坡面积的1/2以上,孔眼直径小于蜂窝边长,单孔分布或多空分布均可。
梯形槽的加工: 
蜂窝结构为正六边形,以钣金加工为例:将板材冲压加工成梯形槽板;将梯形槽底面加工凹槽,也就是在槽内为凸台,槽底外部为凹槽或者平面采用导热介质做接触面。
蜂窝结构的制造: 
板面或条面槽底相对,依次叠放,采用槽楔插入在两个相对的凹槽之间定位紧固,或者采用导热介质做接触面,通用的粘合剂做接触紧固。
四周的封装采用刚性结构框架,按照叠层数和间距和板面厚度,设置刚性结构框架插槽,例如:铝合金门窗框架。 
周边尖端或刃口做防护,放置人员意外伤害,采用通常的孔眼板做四周围护面,围护面高于顶部尖端,围护面孔眼要大于分为孔眼。 
具体应用实例: 
计算机CPU传热和散热:图2所示的接触热源为计算机CPU散热面,则可快速传热和散热,顶部设置散热风扇,效果更佳,降低了散热器体量,增加散热面积和散热气流的贯通。
LED光源传热和散热:图1所示的折弯15,分布LED小功率光源,则可快速传热和散热。

1.孔眼蜂窝板散热的LED光源,其特征是:刚性材料的孔眼(13)板三侧加工连续或断续尖端(11)或刃口(1,7),板面加工成梯形槽的槽底(12)为实板面且层面接触定位,槽坡为孔眼(13)板面,槽底相对叠放成蜂窝孔(14),另一侧加工与热源(9)做LED光源传热连接端面(15),刃口分为平面刃口、曲面刃口。
