Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种设置于管材出料口的冷却水环,包括有储水环及设置于储水环一侧的安装环座,所述储水环靠近出料口一侧内表面为锯齿状,储水环一侧设有注水孔与出水孔,所述安装环座设有若干安装孔。本实用新型储水环靠近出料口一侧内表面设计为锯齿状,可加大冷却水层与水环的接触面积,有助于热量的散发,可增加管材表面光洁度,提高管材定型效果,提高了生产效率。

本实用新型主要涉及管材生产设备领域,尤其涉及一种设置于管材出料口的冷却水环。
背景技术
现有塑料管材生产中,配料经过高温塑化、口模成型后,便进入真空定径箱冷却定型;一般口模出来的成型管材温度很高且很软,出料过程中常使产品表面出现花纹,光洁度差,椭圆度大,易牵断,最终造成原料浪费。

本实用新型目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种设置于管材出料口的冷却水环。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种设置于管材出料口的冷却水环,包括有储水环及设置于储水环一侧的安装环座,所述储水环靠近出料口一侧内表面为锯齿状,所述储水环一侧设有注水孔,另一侧设有出水孔,所述安装环座设有若干安装孔。
所述储水环内径与管材出料口内径相等。
本实用新型的优点是:
本实用新型安装在管材出料口处,对口模出来的成型管材进入真空定径箱前进行冷却定型。本实用新型储水环靠近出料口一侧内表面设计为锯齿状,可加大冷却水层与水环的接触面积,帮助散热,进而增加管材表面光洁度,提高管材定型效果,减少废品的产生。

1.一种设置于管材出料口的冷却水环,其特征在于:包括有储水环及设置于储水环一侧的安装环座,所述储水环靠近出料口一侧内表面为锯齿状,所述储水环一侧设有注水孔,另一侧设有出水孔,所述安装环座设有若干安装孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种设置于管材出料口的冷却水环,其特征在于:所述储水环内径与管材出料口内径相等。
