背景技术
现有塑料管材生产中，配料经过高温塑化、口模成型后，便进入真空定径箱冷却定型；一般口模出来的成型管材温度很高且很软，出料过程中常使产品表面出现花纹，光洁度差，椭圆度大，易牵断，最终造成原料浪费。

本实用新型目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷，提供一种设置于管材出料口的冷却水环。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种设置于管材出料口的冷却水环，包括有储水环及设置于储水环一侧的安装环座，所述储水环靠近出料口一侧内表面为锯齿状，所述储水环一侧设有注水孔，另一侧设有出水孔，所述安装环座设有若干安装孔。
所述储水环内径与管材出料口内径相等。
本实用新型的优点是：
本实用新型安装在管材出料口处，对口模出来的成型管材进入真空定径箱前进行冷却定型。本实用新型储水环靠近出料口一侧内表面设计为锯齿状，可加大冷却水层与水环的接触面积，帮助散热，进而增加管材表面光洁度，提高管材定型效果，减少废品的产生。
