背景技术
传统的椭圆管冲压模的结构包括:上模和下模,上模上设置有向上凹进的上半椭圆槽,下模上设置有向下凹进的下半椭圆槽,上半椭圆槽与下半椭圆槽对合形成椭圆槽。压制椭圆管时,将圆管放置在上、下模之间的上半椭圆槽和下半椭圆槽中,然后施加外力使上、下半椭圆槽逐渐对合,在上、下半椭圆槽逐渐对合的过程中,圆管被逐渐压制成椭圆管。在压制过程中,由于圆管顶端部位的最高点和底端部位的最低点分别最先接触到上半椭圆槽的顶端部位和下半椭圆槽的底端部位,使得圆管顶端部位的最高点最先受到上半椭圆槽对其向下的作用力,圆管底端部位的最低点最先受到下半椭圆槽底端部位对其向上的作用力,因此压制完成的椭圆管的顶端部位的最高点和底端部位的最低点会分别形成向下凹进和向上凹进的凹坑,从而导致压制成的椭圆管的成品率低下,产品质量不高。

本实用新型的目的是:提供一种结构简单、能克服在椭圆管的顶端部位和底端部位分别形成凹坑缺陷的椭圆管冲压模。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:将圆管压制成椭圆管的椭圆管冲压模,包括:上模和下模,上模上设置有向上凹进的上半椭圆槽,下模上设置有向下凹进的下半椭圆槽,上半椭圆槽与下半椭圆槽对合形成椭圆槽,上半椭圆槽的顶端部位设置有进一步向上凹进的上凹坑,下半椭圆槽的底端部位设置有进一步向下凹进的下凹坑,上凹坑的边沿与上半椭圆槽之间圆弧平滑过渡,下凹坑的边沿与下半椭圆槽之间圆弧平滑过渡。
进一步地,前述的将圆管压制成椭圆管的椭圆管冲压模,其中,上、下凹坑的宽度为所压圆管直径的1/4~1/3。
本实用新型的优点是:结构简单实用,能有效避免在压制成的椭圆管的顶端部位的最高点和底端部位的最低点分别形成凹坑,克服了传统椭圆管冲压模的缺点,从而大大提高了椭圆管的成品率和压制质量。

如图1所示,将圆管压制成椭圆管的椭圆管冲压模,包括:上模1和下模2,上模1上设置有向上凹进的上半椭圆槽3,下模2上设置有向下凹进的下半椭圆槽4,上半椭圆槽3与下半椭圆槽4对合形成椭圆槽,上半椭圆槽3的顶端部位设置有进一步向上凹进的上凹坑31,下半椭圆槽4的底端部位设置有进一步向下凹进的下凹坑41,上凹坑31的边沿与上半椭圆槽3之间圆弧平滑过渡,下凹坑41的边沿与下半椭圆槽4之间圆弧平滑过渡。上凹坑31、下凹坑41的宽度为所压圆管直径的1/4~1/3。以直径为25mm的圆管为例,上凹坑31和下凹坑41的宽度则可分别为7mm。
压制椭圆管时,先将圆管放置在上半椭圆槽3和下半椭圆槽4之间,然后施加外力使上、下半椭圆槽逐渐对合,由于在上半椭圆槽3的顶端部位设置了上凹坑31、在下半椭圆槽4的顶端部位设置了下凹坑41,这样圆管顶端部位的最高点和底端部位的最低点别与上半椭圆槽3和下半椭圆槽4不相接触,在上、下半椭圆槽逐渐对合的过程中,圆管的顶端部位的最高点不再受到上半椭圆槽3对其向下的作用力,圆管的底端部位的最低点也不再受到下半椭圆槽4对其向上的作用力,从而避免了传统压椭圆管过程中在椭圆管的顶端部位的最高点和底端部位的最低点受力形成凹坑的现象发生,最终上、下半椭圆槽逐渐对合将圆管压制成椭圆管。
本实用新型的优点是: 结构简单实用,大大提高了椭圆管的压制质量和成品率。

1.将圆管压制成椭圆管的椭圆管冲压模,包括:上模和下模,上模上设置有向上凹进的上半椭圆槽,下模上设置有向下凹进的下半椭圆槽,上半椭圆槽与下半椭圆槽对合形成椭圆槽,其特征在于:上半椭圆槽的顶端部位设置有进一步向上凹进的上凹坑,下半椭圆槽的底端部位设置有进一步向下凹进的下凹坑,上凹坑的边沿与上半椭圆槽之间圆弧平滑过渡,下凹坑的边沿与下半椭圆槽之间圆弧平滑过渡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的将圆管压制成椭圆管的椭圆管冲压模,其特征在于:上、下凹坑的宽度为所压圆管直径的1/4~1/3。
