在现有技术中,模具是成型制品的工艺装备,在通常情况下,制品质量的好坏及生产效率的高低,其模具的因素约占百分之八十。生产中不同压制方式所得压坯具有不同的密度分布规律,有些压制结构所得压坯密度均匀性很差。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:生产中不同压制方式所得压坯具有不同的密度分布规律,有些压制结构所得压坯密度均匀性很差,提供一种新型粉末压制装置。
为了克服背景技术中存在的缺陷,本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:这种新型粉末压制装置包括上凸模、模腔、模套和下凸模,上凸模连接下凸模,上凸模和下凸模连接之间设有模套,所述模套之间设有模腔。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述上凸模和下凸模之间由连杆连接。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述模套和模腔置于连杆上。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述上凸模和下凸模位置相互对应。
本实用新型的有益效果是:这种新型粉末压制装置的结构简单,使用简便,只需通过上凸模和下凸模进行压制,通过该结构提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
图1是本实用新型的结构示意图,图中包括上凸模1、模腔2、模套3和下凸模4,上凸模1连接下凸模4,上凸模1和下凸模4之间由连杆连接,上凸模1和下凸模4位置相互对应,上凸模1和下凸模4连接之间设有模套3,模套3和模腔2置于连杆上,模套3之间设有模腔2。
粉末置于模腔2内,由模套3进行夹持,通过上凸模1和下凸模4进行加压,操作简便,加压装置的结构简单,投入资金少,可以进行大批量生产,提高生产效率。
这种新型粉末压制装置的结构简单,使用简便,只需通过上凸模和下凸模进行压制,通过该结构提高了生产效率。

Claims (4)

1.一种新型粉末压制装置,包括上凸模(1)、模腔(2)、模套(3)和下凸模(4),其特征在于:所述上凸模(1)连接下凸模(4),上凸模(1)和下凸模(4)连接之间设有模套(3),所述模套(3)之间设有模腔(2)。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型粉末压制装置,其特征在于:所述上凸模(1)和下凸模(4)之间由连杆连接。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的新型粉末压制装置,其特征在于:所述模套(3)和模腔(2)置于连杆上。
4.如权利要求1所述的新型粉末压制装置,其特征在于:所述上凸模(1)和下凸模(4)位置相互对应。
