Abstract
本实用新型提供的是双层过滤片吸液管。在吸液管的上部设有管口，管口下部为管腔，在管腔的上部设有上层过滤片卡环，在管腔的下部设有下层过滤片卡环，在上层过滤片卡环和下层过滤片卡环上分别装有过滤片。本实用新型能够吸出铝液中的气体，过滤片起到阻止铝液上升，并排除气体，过滤铝渣，省去人工放网，减少人工费，提高生产效率，是最原始人工放网效率的十几倍，从而保证铝合金铸件质量，防止出现沙眼或气泡的产生。适宜作为铝合金铸造过程中过滤铝液和吸出气体的装置应用。

技术领域
本实用新型提供的是金属铸造领域的用具，具体地说是双层过滤片吸液管。
背景技术
在铝合金铸造过程中，需要将浇注在模具中的铝液排气，防止胀坏模具和导致铝合金产品中出现气孔，影响密度和质量，造成强度降低。
发明内容
为了实现过滤铝液和吸出铝液中的气体，本实用新型提供了双层过滤片吸液管。该吸液管通过在管腔内设置两道过滤片，解决铝液过滤和吸气的技术问题。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的方案是：在吸液管的上部设有管口，管口下部为管腔，在管腔的上部设有上层过滤片卡环，在管腔的下部设有下层过滤片卡环，在上层过滤片卡环和下层过滤片卡环上分别装有过滤片。
积极效果，本实用新型能够吸出铝液中的气体，过滤片起到阻止铝液上升，并排除气体，从而保证铝合金铸件质量，防止出现沙眼或气泡的产生。适宜作为铝合金铸造过程中过滤铝液和吸出气体的装置应用。

具体实施方式
在吸液管1的上部设有管口2，管口下部为管腔，在管腔的上部设有上层过滤片卡环3，在管腔的下部设有下层过滤片卡环4，在上层过滤片卡环和下层过滤片卡环上分别装有过滤片5。
过滤片上均匀分布有滤孔。
实施例：
用功能陶瓷材料制成过滤片，使过滤网耐高温并不粘附铝液。
本实用新型工作过程：
在使用时，将吸液管置于铝液浇注模具的上口上，当向模腔内浇注铝液时，铝液经过上层过滤片和下层过滤片注入到模腔内，模腔内的气体通过过滤片排出吸液管外，实现铝液吸气。当使用功能陶瓷材料制成过滤片时，能够防止粘附铝液。

1. 双层过滤片吸液管，其特征是：在吸液管（1）的上部设有管口（2），管口下部为管腔，在管腔的上部设有上层过滤片卡环（3），在管腔的下部设有下层过滤片卡环（4），在上层过滤片卡环和下层过滤片卡环上分别装有过滤片（5）；
过滤片上均匀分布有滤孔。
