过滤是使液固或气固混合物中的流体强制通过多孔性过滤介质，将其中的悬浮固体颗粒加以截留，从而实现混合物的分离，是一种属于流体动力过程的单元操作。过滤是工业生产中的重要工序，特别是化工生产中的污水处理，为了将杂质去掉，往往在进口处至出口处之间放置过滤筒过滤介质，使用一段时间后，过滤筒难免存在堵塞的情况，使过滤筒的有效过滤面积大大减少，而被截留的固体颗粒沉积在过滤装置底部，清洗很不方便。

本实用新型要解决的问题是克服背景技术中的不足，提供一种化工过滤装置，这种化工过滤装置，方便过滤筒的清洗和固定颗粒的清除。

本实用新型的一种化工过滤装置，包括外壳、进水口和出水口，进水口设置在外壳的下部，出水口设置在外壳的上部，所述外壳内部设置有过滤筒，所述外壳的底部外侧角部设置有支架，所述外壳的底部设置有清洗出口，所述清洗出口的端部设置有阀门。
需要清洗过滤筒或清除沉积在过滤装置底部的固体颗粒时，先将进水口关闭，然后在出水口注入清洗液，打开清洗出口的阀门，过滤筒上的堵塞物和沉积在过滤装置底部的固体颗粒则会随清洗液的流动，被清除出外壳；而外壳底部设置的支架便于阀门的操作。

需要清洗过滤筒4或清除沉积在过滤装置底部的固体颗粒时，先将进水口2关闭，然后在出水口3注入清洗液，打开清洗出口6的阀门7，过滤筒4上的堵塞物和沉积在过滤装置底部的固体颗粒则会随清洗液的流动，被清除出外壳1；而外壳1底部设置的支架5便于阀门7的操作。本实用新型的一种化工过滤装置，方便了装置的清洗，延长了过滤装置的使用寿命，具有结构简单、操作方便，使用寿命长，过滤效率高的优点。
