本实用新型公开了一种PE烧结滤芯过滤器，包括设有出液口(1)和进液口(2)的罐体(3)、位于罐体(3)中水平位置的多孔板(4)、以及位于罐体(3)中的滤芯(5)，其特征在于，所述滤芯(5)通过密封装置(6)固定在所述多孔板(4)上，所述滤芯(5)为PE烧结滤芯。本实用新型采用外疏内密结构的PE烧结滤芯，过滤精度高，且滤芯经过简单的清洗即可重新利用，有效的减少了运行成本。

本实用新型涉及一种过滤分离设备，尤其涉及一种PE烧结滤芯过滤器。
背景技术
现有的常用滤芯过滤器，其过滤精度比较理想，但是当过滤污物达到饱和以后，很难反冲除去，只能更换滤芯，这无形中增加了滤芯过滤器的使用成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术中的不足，提供一种结构强度好、过滤精度高且能重复利用的PE烧结滤芯过滤器。
为完成上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：PE烧结滤芯过滤器，包括设有出液口和进液口的罐体、位于罐体中水平位置的多孔板、以及位于罐体中的滤芯，其特征在于：所述滤芯通过密封装置固定在所述多孔板上，所述滤芯为PE烧结滤芯。
本实用新型采用具有外疏内密结构的PE烧结滤芯，完成对被处理流体的固液相分离过程，过滤精度高；并且滤芯经过简单的清洗即可重新利用，有效的减少了运行成本。

如图1所示，PE烧结滤芯过滤器，包括设有出液口1和进液口2的罐体3、位于罐体3中水平位置的多孔板4、以及位于罐体3中的滤芯5，所述滤芯5通过密封装置6固定在所述多孔板4上，所述滤芯5为PE烧结滤芯。

1.PE烧结滤芯过滤器，包括设有出液口(1)和进液口(2)的罐体(3)、位于罐体(3)中水平位置的多孔板(4)、以及位于罐体(3)中的滤芯(5)，其特征在于：所述滤芯(5)通过密封装置(6)固定在所述多孔板(4)上，所述滤芯(5)为PE烧结滤芯。
