Abstract

一种多过滤层构造的过滤器，滤筒的筒底呈锥型，该出油管道设于锥部，且距离锥底的长度为距离锥顶部长度的1/2；在该锥部内设有上下两侧过滤层，上部位砾石过滤层，下部为纱布过滤层，砾石过滤层的厚度为纱布过滤层的2-3倍。本实用新型结构简单，可解决压榨后的油的过滤问题。

   本实用新型涉及一种油过滤器，特别是一种多过滤层构造的过滤器。 
背景技术
现有的螺旋式榨油机都不带有滤油器，必须另购置滤油机对所榨压出的油 进行过滤，购买滤油机费用颇高。

 为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种多过滤层构造的过滤器，包括滤筒筒本体，于滤筒筒本体的上部近筒口处设有滤布，筒底设有出油阀门和出油管道，于滤布下面，筒体的侧面设有通气管与观察窗，筒口上设有接油槽； 一真空泵通过真空阀（未示出）接设于筒体侧面的通气管；滤筒的筒底呈锥型，该出油管道设于锥部，且距离锥底的长度为距离锥顶部长度的1/2；在该锥部内设有上下两侧过滤层，上部位砾石过滤层，下部为纱布过滤层，砾石过滤层的厚度为纱布过滤层的2-3倍。 
本实用新型的优点在于：结构简单，附设于螺旋式压榨机上，只需小量投资即可解决压榨后的油 的过滤问题，采用双滤筒交替使用可使工作过程连续不断。 为对本实用新型的结构特征及其功效有进一步了解，兹列举具体实施例 并结合附图详细说明如下。
