Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种用于电动滑板的电池盒及使用该电池盒的电动滑板,该电池盒包括底板部及自底板部相对延伸的两侧板部,每一侧板部设有至少一个开口,该开口中设置有弹性件。电动滑板包括承载主板、安装于承载主板两端的车轮、安装在承载主板下侧的电机及所述的电池盒,该电池盒安装于承载主板的下侧。电池盒的侧板部设有开口,开口中设有弹性件,所以当电池盒受到来自承载主板压力时,电池盒的开口可以挤压弹性件,从而电池盒能够比较容易的完成弹性变形。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电池盒及电动滑板,尤其涉及一种用于电动滑板上的电池盒以及使用该电池盒的电动滑板。
背景技术
众所周知,用于娱乐或体育运动的滑板至少要承载一个人的重量,滑板的承载人的主板一般具有弹性,在运动者踩上去后主板的中部会向下弹性变形,运动者离开后变形恢复。但对于电动滑板,由于电动滑板的主板下侧需要安装电池组及固定电池组的电池盒,这就不可避免地要影响主板的弹性变形,甚至主板的弹性变形有可能损坏电池盒。为避免这种风险,有的厂商将电池盒设置为两个且分别安装在主板的两端,尽量减少电池盒对主板弹性变形的影响。然而,如此设置,造成了电池不易管理,容易出现电池不平衡的问题,电池会变得不可靠,且缩短电池的使用寿命。
因此,有必要对其进行改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种改善弹性变形性能的电池盒。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案如下:一种用于电动滑板的电池盒,该电池盒包括底板部及自底板部相对延伸的两侧板部,每一侧板部设有至少一个开口,该开口上设置有弹性件。
优选地,所述弹性件是一体成型于所述侧板部上。
优选地,所述弹性件是组装于所述侧板部上。
优选地,所述弹性件包括主体部自主体部凸伸的具有凸部的柱体,所述开口的两侧设有通孔,所述主体插入通孔中且通过凸部固定。
优选地,所述侧板部上设有用以与电动滑板连接的连接件。
优选地,该电池盒包括两端板部,该两端板部分别自底板部的两端延伸且分别连接两侧板部。
本实用新型所要解决的另一问题技术是:提供一种改善弹性变形性能的电动滑板。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案如下:一种电动滑板,包括承载主板、安装于承载主板两端的车轮及安装在承载主板下侧的电机,该电动滑板还包括如上述的电池盒,该电池盒安装于承载主板的下侧。
优选地,所述侧板部上设有用以与电动滑板的承载主板连接的连接件。
优选地,所述电池盒包括两端板部,该两端板部分别自底板部的两端延伸且分别连接两侧板部。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果:本实用新型的电池盒的侧板部设有开口,开口上设有弹性件,所以当电池盒受到来自承载主板压力时,电池盒的开口可以挤压弹性件,从而电池盒能够比较容易的完成弹性变形。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1所示,本实用新型电动滑板包括纵长型的承载主板1、安装于承载主板1两端的四个车轮2、安装在承载主板1下侧的电机3及安装在承载主板1下侧中部的纵长型的电池盒4。该电池盒4中可以安装电池组,用以给电机3提供电力。
图2及图3是本实用新型电池盒的第一实施方式的示意图。在本实施方式中,电池盒4包括底板部41、自底板部41两侧相对延伸的侧板部42及自底板部41两端相对延伸且分别连接两侧板部42的两端板部43。两侧板部42之间形成可以安置电池组(未图示)的空腔,两端的两端板部43可以将该空腔形成两端封闭的空腔,这样当电池盒4安装于电动滑板上时,可以较好的封装电池组,具有防潮的功效。
请参阅图3所示,每一侧板部42设有至少一个开口40,在本实施方式中,开口40为三个,其他实施方式中开口40可以是其他数量。每一开口40上设置弹性件44。弹性件44的材质选自具有弹性的塑胶材料。在本实施方式中,电池盒4是在模具内注塑成型,接着,二次注塑成型弹性件44,因此电池盒4与弹性件44是一体的,无需组装。成型后,部分弹性件44填充于开口44内。如此,当受到承载主板1向下的压力时,电池盒4向下变形,开口40将受压变小,越靠近受力点的开口40变小的程度越大,开口40内的弹性件44相应收到挤压,由于弹性件44具有弹性,能够比较容易的变形,因此,整个电池盒4随之完成弹性变形,而不会因受到承载主板1的压力而断裂或者强烈的阻碍承压主板1的弹性变形。
请接着参阅图2及图3所示,每一侧板部42上设有可以与承载主板1相连接的数个连接件45,在本实施方式中,所述连接件45为镶嵌在侧板部42上的螺母,该等螺母可与穿过承载主板1的具有螺纹的紧固件连接,从而使得电池盒40组装于承载主板1的下侧。
图4是本实用新型电池盒的第二实施方式的分解示意图。本实施方式与第一实施方式不同仅在于弹性件44’。在该第二实施方式中,弹性件44’是单独制造,然后组装于侧板部42的开口40中。弹性件44’具有主体部441’及自主体部441’凸伸出的若干柱体442’,每一柱体442’设有凸部。每一开口40的两侧设有若干通孔401。组装时,弹性件44’的柱体442’插入对应的通孔401中,并通过凸部固定在其中。
Claims (9)
1.一种用于电动滑板的电池盒,该电池盒包括底板部及自底板部相对延伸的两侧板部,其特征在于:每一侧板部设有至少一个开口,该开口上设置有弹性件。
2.如权利要求1所述的电池盒,其特征在于:所述弹性件是一体成型于所述侧板部上。
3.如权利要求1所述的电池盒,其特征在于:所述弹性件是组装于所述侧板部上。
4.如权利要求3所述的电池盒,其特征在于:所述弹性件包括主体部自主体部凸伸的具有凸部的柱体,所述开口的两侧设有通孔,所述主体插入通孔中且通过凸部固定。
5.如权利要求2或3或4所述的电池盒,其特征在于:所述侧板部上设有用以与电动滑板连接的连接件。
6.如权利要求2或3或4所述的电池盒,其特征在于:该电池盒包括两端板部,该两端板部分别自底板部的两端延伸且分别连接两侧板部。
7.一种电动滑板,包括承载主板、安装于承载主板两端的车轮及安装在承载主板下侧的电机,其特征在于:该电动滑板还包括如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的电池盒,该电池盒安装于承载主板的下侧。
8.如权利要求7所述的电动滑板,其特征在于:所述侧板部上设有用以与电动滑板的承载主板连接的连接件。
9.如权利要求7所述的电动滑板,其特征在于:所述电池盒包括两端板部,该两端板部分别自底板部的两端延伸且分别连接两侧板部。
