技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种缓冲浓缩分流罐，特别是用于洗涤砂子的缓冲浓缩分流罐。 
背景技术
砂型铸造是铸造生产中的基本工艺，铸造行业中大约90%的铸件是采用砂型铸造的工艺生产的。制造一吨合格的铸件，大约需要一吨的砂型。制造砂型的基本原材料是铸造砂和型砂粘结剂，最常用的铸造砂是硅质砂。硅质砂可以是天然的石英砂或砂型的再生物。不论是来自于天然的或再生回收利用的石英砂，都必须经过洗去表面附着的杂质，才能用于生产砂型。用于制作砂型的砂子比较细小，受到微小的振动就容易悬浮在水中，洗涤砂子的设备需要具有缓冲和浓缩的功能才能提高洗涤效率。市售的缓冲浓缩罐多是采用罐体加单锥、简易阀门开关等制作而成，细砂浓缩效果不佳，细砂流速波动大，没有分流作用，易堵塞，难以可靠控制。这种缓冲浓缩罐生产效率低，难以推广使用，尤其是给流水线生产带来不便。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种细砂浓缩效果好，能够均匀分流，不易堵塞的缓冲浓缩罐。 
本实用新型的技术方案是： 
包括废砂沉降的罐体，罐体上部设有进料口，罐体顶部设有出水口，出水口前方和罐体的内部设有溢流挡板，罐体下部为沉降锥体，沉降锥体底部焊接有双锥体；双锥体的两个入口上方安装有高压水管；双锥体底部设有出砂管，出砂管设有碟阀，蝶阀与气缸相连，罐体外壁的下部焊接有支撑耳，支撑耳焊接有支撑柱。
本实用新型的工作过程为：含有细砂的浑浊液体进入罐体1，受重力作用沉降，细砂沉入沉降锥体2，再继续往双锥体3沉淀，当沉淀下来的细砂越来越多，与细砂分离的水分往罐体1上部升高，从出水口13处溢出，排出罐体；出水口13前方的溢流挡板12具有防止灌入罐体1的含有细砂的浑浊液体流走的作用；沉淀、浓缩后的细砂由气缸4控制蝶阀5打开后，从双锥体的出砂管6排出，当细砂长时间静置后，堆积得比较硬，向高压水管9通入适量高压水，高压水撞击在减压倒锥7上，使周围堆结的细砂蓬松，这样细砂就不会堵塞在锥体的底部和出砂管，浓缩后的细砂非常容易排出罐体。 
本实用新型的优点是： 
1、用沉降锥体为一级浓缩和双锥体为二级沉降浓缩分流，底部设有倒锥，可使固体颗粒均散匀速缓慢沉积，倒锥顶设有高压水管，可防止物料长时间静置而造成堆结，出水口前设置溢流挡板，结构简单，制造容易，安装使用方便，生产成本低，沉降快，浓缩效果好，分流均匀，易于推广应用，特别适合小型企业安装使用。
2、罐体下部设双锥体比单锥体的好处是沉降快，浓缩效果更好。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图，说明本实用新型的实施方法 
如图1、2和3所示，本实用新型的铸造废砂缓冲浓缩分流罐，包括罐体、沉降锥体、双锥体、气缸、蝶阀、出砂管、减压倒锥、倒锥支架、高压水管、支撑耳、支撑柱、溢流挡板和出水口组成，各个零件的连接方式为：罐体1的上部设有出水口13，出水口13前方、罐体1的内部设有溢流挡板12；罐体1下部设有沉降锥体2，沉降锥体2下部焊接有双锥体3；双锥体3底部设有两个出砂管6，出砂管上设有碟阀5，蝶阀5与气缸4相连；沉降锥体2与双锥体3之间焊接有倒锥支架8，倒锥支架8上焊接有减压倒锥7，减压倒锥7上方有高压水管9；罐体1下部罐体外壁的焊接有支撑耳10，支撑耳10下方焊接有支撑住11。
本实用新型的工作过程为：含有细砂的浑浊液体进入罐体1，受重力作用沉降，细砂沉入沉降锥体2，再继续往双锥体3沉淀，当沉淀下来的细砂越来越多，与细砂分离的水分往罐体1上部升高，从出水口13处溢出，排出罐体；出水口13前方的溢流挡板12具有防止灌入罐体1的含有细砂的浑浊液体流走的作用；沉淀、浓缩后的细砂由气缸4控制蝶阀5打开后，从出砂管6排出，当细砂长时间静置后，堆积得比较硬，向高压水管9通入适量高压水，高压水撞击在减压倒锥7上，使周围堆结的细砂蓬松，这样细砂就不会堵塞在锥体的底部和出砂管，浓缩后的细砂非常容易排出罐体。
