技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种缓冲浓缩罐，特别是用于洗涤砂子的缓冲浓缩罐。 
背景技术
砂型铸造是铸造生产中的基本工艺，铸造行业中大约90%的铸件是采用砂型铸造的工艺生产的。制造一吨合格的铸件，大约需要一吨的砂型。制造砂型的基本原材料是铸造砂和型砂粘结剂，最常用的铸造砂是硅质砂。硅质砂可以是天然的石英砂或砂型的再生物。不论是来自于天然的或再生回收利用的石英砂，都必须经过洗去表面附着的杂质，才能用于生产砂型。用于制作砂型的砂子比较细小，受到微小的振动就容易悬浮在水中，洗涤砂子的设备需要具有缓冲和浓缩的功能才能提高洗涤效率。市售的缓冲浓缩罐多是采用罐体加单锥、简易阀门开关等制作而成，细砂浓缩效果不佳，细砂流速波动大，易堵塞，难以可靠控制。这种缓冲浓缩罐生产效率低，难以推广使用，尤其是给流水线生产带来不便。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种细砂浓缩效果好，不易堵塞的缓冲浓缩罐。 
本发明的技术方案是： 
包括废砂沉降的罐体，罐体上部设有进料口，罐体顶部设有出水口，出水口前方和罐体的内部设有溢流挡板，罐体下部为沉降锥体，沉降锥体底部焊接有沉积锥体；沉积锥体的入口上方安装有高压水管；沉积锥体底部设有出砂管，出砂管设有碟阀，蝶阀与气缸相连，罐体外壁的下部焊接有支撑耳，支撑耳焊接有支撑柱。
本实用新型的工作过程为：含有细砂的浑浊液体进入罐体，受重力作用沉降，细砂沉入锥体，再继续往沉积锥体沉淀，当沉淀下来的细砂越来越多，与细砂分离的水分往罐体上部升高，从出水口处溢出，排出罐体；出水口前方的溢流挡板具有防止灌入罐体的含有细砂的浑浊液体流走的作用；沉淀、浓缩后的细砂由气缸4控制蝶阀5打开后，从出砂管6排出，当细砂长时间静置后，堆积得比较硬，向高压水管9通入适量高压水，高压水撞击在减压倒锥7上，使周围堆结的细砂蓬松，这样细砂就不会堵塞在锥体的底部和出砂管，浓缩后的细砂非常容易排出罐体。 
本发明的优点是：用锥体和沉积锥体组成二级沉降浓缩，底部设有倒锥，可使固体颗粒均散匀速缓慢沉积，倒锥顶设有高压水管，可防止物料长时间静置而造成堆结，出水口前设置溢流挡板，结构简单，制造容易，安装使用方便，生产成本低，沉降快，浓缩效果好，易于推广应用，特别适合小型企业安装使用。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图，说明本实用新型的实施方法 
如图1、2和3所示，本实用新型的铸造废砂缓冲浓缩罐，包括罐体1、沉降锥体2、沉积锥体3、气缸4、蝶阀5、出砂管6、减压倒锥7、倒锥支架8、高压水管9、支撑耳10、支撑柱11、溢流挡板12和出水口13组成，各个零件的连接方式为：罐体1的上部设有出水口13，出水口13前方、罐体1的内部设有溢流挡板12；罐体1下部设有沉降锥体2，沉降锥体2下部焊接有沉积锥体3；沉积锥体3底部设有出砂管6，出砂管6上设有碟阀5，蝶阀5与气缸4相连；沉降锥体2与沉积锥体3之间焊接有倒锥支架8，倒锥支架8上焊接有减压倒锥7，减压倒锥7上方有高压水管9；罐体1下部罐体外壁的焊接有支撑耳10，支撑耳10下方焊接有支撑住11。
本实用新型的工作过程为：含有细砂的浑浊液体进入罐体1，受重力作用沉降，细砂沉入沉降锥体2，再继续往沉积锥体3沉淀，当沉淀下来的细砂越来越多，与细砂分离的水分往罐体1上部升高，从出水口13处溢出，排出罐体；出水口13前方的溢流挡板12具有防止灌入罐体1的含有细砂的浑浊液体流走的作用；沉淀、浓缩后的细砂由气缸4控制蝶阀5打开后，从出砂管6排出，当细砂长时间静置后，堆积得比较硬，向高压水管9通入适量高压水，高压水撞击在减压倒锥7上，使周围堆结的细砂蓬松，这样细砂就不会堵塞在椎体的底部和出砂管，浓缩后的细砂非常容易排出罐体。

1.铸造废砂缓冲浓缩罐，其特征在于：包括废砂沉降的罐体，罐体上部设有进料口，罐体顶部设有出水口（13），出水口（13）前方和罐体（1）的内部设有溢流挡板（12），罐体下部为沉降锥体(2)，沉降锥体(2)底部焊接有沉积锥体（3）；沉积锥体（3）的两个入口上方安装有高压水管（9）；沉积锥体（3）底部设有出砂管（6），出砂管（6）设有碟阀（5），蝶阀（5）与气缸（4）相连，罐体（1）外壁的下部焊接有支撑耳（10），支撑耳焊接有支撑柱（11）。
