[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种脱硫除尘器,尤其涉及一种旋风文丘里喷淋式脱硫除尘器。背景技术
[0002] 常见的脱硫除尘净化设备有喷雾式、旋风式、储水冲击水浴式、塔板式、文丘里等。但通常由于烟气中含硫,与水接触后使得除尘设备容易腐蚀。其次由于受各种因素的限制,单个除尘器的除尘效率不是很高,而目前结合多种方式的脱硫除尘器由于结构复杂,协调使用困难和维护成本高等因素,实际推广应用非常少。
发明内容
[0003] 本实用新型的目的在于提供了一种旋风文丘里喷淋式脱硫除尘器,它具有结构简单,净化效率高和环保低碳的优点。
[0004] 本实用新型是这样来实现的,它包括进气口、旋风除尘器、灰斗、弯头、收缩管、喉管、扩散管、波纹隔板、挡板、喷头、沉灰池、观察口、出气口、排浆管、喷淋室、壳体和洗涤液管,其特征在于旋风除尘器的下端连有灰斗,旋风除尘器的上部侧壁设有进气口,弯头的下端与旋风除尘器顶端连通,弯头连接收缩管,收缩管连接喉管,喉管与位于壳体左端内的扩散管相连,喉管的中部与洗涤液管连通,壳体内设有喷淋室,喷淋室是由波纹隔板、挡板和喷头构成,其中波纹隔板紧邻扩散管,喷头连接在壳体上壁,喷头两侧为间隔交错排布的挡板,喷头的正下方为沉灰池,沉灰池的右侧设有观察口,排浆管与沉灰池的底部连通,出气口连接在壳体的右侧壁上。
[0005] 本实用新型的技术效果是:本实用新型结合了旋风式和文丘里以及喷淋式除尘器的优点,不仅除尘效率大为提高,而且简单紧凑,提高燃煤烟气的净化效率和有效地达到脱硫除尘的目的的同时,外型简单,容易制作成型,降低设备制作成本,节约能源,环保,低碳。

[0008] 如图1所示,本实用新型是这样来实现的,它包括进气口 1、旋风除尘器2、灰斗3、弯头4、收缩管5、喉管6、扩散管7、波纹隔板8、挡板9、喷头10、沉灰池11、观察口 12、出气口 13、排浆管14、喷淋室15、壳体16和洗涤液管17,其结构特点是旋风除尘器2的下端连有灰斗3,旋风除尘器2的上部侧壁设有进气口 1,弯头4的下端与旋风除尘器2顶端连通,弯头4连接收缩管5,收缩管5连接喉管6,喉管6与位于壳体16左端内的扩散管7相连,喉管6的中部与洗涤液管17连通,壳体16内设有喷淋室15,喷淋室15是由波纹隔板8、挡板9和喷头10构成,其中波纹隔板8紧邻扩散管7,喷头10连接在壳体16上壁,喷头10两侧为间隔交错排布的挡板9,喷头10的正下方为沉灰池11,沉灰池11的右侧设有观察口 12,排浆管14与沉灰池11的底部连通,出气口 13连接在壳体16的右侧壁上。
[0009] 本实用新型净化气体的工作过程是这样的,烟气由进气口 I进入旋风除尘器4利用旋转气流产生的离心力使较大尘粒从气流中分离达到第一次净化,气流上升进入文丘里除尘器,经过弯头4、收缩管5、喉管6和扩散管7,从洗涤液管17喷入洗涤液,洗涤液和烟气在扩散管7充分混合,即气流中粉尘和二氧化硫与喉管6内的吸收液高速雾化后经过扩散管7进入喷淋室15,通过波纹隔板8后反复湿润后尘粒与水滴或尘粒与尘粒发生凝聚,撞击交叉式挡板9后凝聚成液滴流入沉灰池11完成第二次净化,部分未完全湿润的微小粉尘通过喷头10喷淋后再次被湿润,再次通过交叉式挡板9完成再次沉降实现第三次净化。气流中的粉尘粒子和二氧化硫被吸收液吸收沉灰池11,通过排浆口 14定期排出并根据观察孔12及时补充吸收液。三重净化后的气体由出气口 13排出,达到高效率的净化。
