本发明公开了一种螺旋式文丘里洗涤器,包括文丘里管和第一水封式排水装置,文丘里管由收缩管、压缩喉管和螺旋式渐扩管依次连接而成,收缩管、螺旋式渐扩管内分别设置有第一、二喷淋洗涤装置,洗涤器底部开有与第一水封式排水装置连接的出水口。本发明还公开了一种湿法脱硫脱硝除尘系统,包括脱硫除尘主塔、脱硫除尘副塔、脱水器和前述的螺旋式文丘里洗涤器,洗涤器通过连接烟道与脱硫除尘主塔的底端相连通;脱硫除尘主塔顶部通过脱水器与脱硫除尘副塔的顶部连通,脱硫除尘副塔的进气口高于脱水器的底面。本发明具有体积较小、能耗低、除尘率高、脱硫脱硝效果好等优点。
Description
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及工业脱气除尘领域,尤其涉及一种文丘里洗涤器和脱硫脱销除尘系统。
背景技术
[0002] 工业脱气除尘设备在各种工矿企业中被广泛使用,譬如对各种工业含尘含硫含硝气体进行洗涤净化;授权公告号为CN202237668的中国专利文献公开了一种文丘里管式气体洗涤器,由其可知,传统的文丘里洗涤器体积较大,耗能比较大,在锅炉、窑炉及相应的脱硫脱硝除尘系统虽然具有一定的效率,但往往受施工场地条件等影响改造为短径文丘里系统,导致气体处理效率大大降低,尤其是气液分离度不高,很难达到工业要求,相应的,传统的脱硫脱硝除尘系统也存在这样的问题。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种体积较小、能耗低、除尘率高的螺旋式文丘里洗涤器,并相应提供一种脱硫脱硝效果好、除尘率高的包含该螺旋式文丘里洗涤器的湿法脱硫脱硝除尘系统。
[0004] 为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案为一种螺旋式文丘里洗涤器,包括文丘里管和第一水封式排水装置,所述文丘里管由收缩管、压缩喉管和螺旋式渐扩管依次连接而成,所述收缩管内设置有第一喷淋洗涤装置,所述螺旋式渐扩管管道内设置有第二喷淋洗涤装置,所述螺旋式文丘里洗涤器底部开有可与第一水封式排水装置连接的出水□。
[0005] 上述螺旋式文丘里洗涤器中,所述文丘里管特别优选为卧式文丘里管,所述螺旋式渐扩管特别优选为卧式螺旋式渐扩管。这种优选的设计方式不仅打破常规,而且能够有效克服现有施工场地的局限性,达到更好的洗涤除尘效果。
[0006] 上述螺旋式文丘里洗涤器中,优选的,所述第一喷淋洗涤装置的安装位置到所述收缩管入口处的水平距离占所述收缩管水平长度的1/3〜1/2,且所述第一喷淋洗涤装置的喷头沿竖直方向间隔布置。
[0007] 上述螺旋式文丘里洗涤器中,优选的,所述第二喷淋洗涤装置的喷头沿螺旋式渐扩管的螺旋线方向布设在螺旋式渐扩管的顶部。
[0008] 作为对上述螺旋式文丘里洗涤器的进一步改进,所述螺旋式文丘里洗涤器还包括一螺旋洗涤塔,所述螺旋洗涤塔包括由两个不同内径的上圆筒状腔体和下圆筒状腔体叠加而成的洗涤塔体,所述上圆筒状腔体位于螺旋式渐扩管的上方,所述下圆筒状腔体设置在螺旋式渐扩管的中心区域,所述螺旋洗涤塔的入口烟道设于下圆筒状腔体的外壁上,且与螺旋式渐扩管的出口连通;所述螺旋洗涤塔的出口烟道设于上圆筒状腔体的外壁上,所述洗涤塔体内设置有第三喷淋洗涤装置。出口烟道可优选通过一水平布置的连接烟道与脱硫除尘主塔连接。此时,上述的螺旋式渐扩管位于上圆筒状腔体的下方,螺旋式渐扩管的外壁能对洗涤塔体起到承重作用,同时,螺旋式渐扩管的内壁则包覆在下圆筒状腔体的外围,其内壁可作为下圆筒状腔体的外壁共用。优选的,所述第三喷淋洗涤装置的喷头具体装设在上圆筒状腔体和下圆筒状腔体的连接过渡处,且喷射方向朝向下圆筒状腔体。
[0009] 作为一个总的技术构思,本发明还提供一种湿法脱硫脱硝除尘系统,所述湿法脱硫脱硝除尘系统包括脱硫除尘主塔、脱硫除尘副塔、脱水器和上述的螺旋式文丘里洗涤器,所述螺旋式文丘里洗涤器通过连接烟道与所述脱硫除尘主塔的底端相连通;所述脱硫除尘主塔顶部通过所述脱水器与所述脱硫除尘副塔的顶部连通,所述脱硫除尘副塔的进气口高于所述脱水器的底面(以起到挡水效果)。
[0010] 上述湿法脱硫脱硝除尘系统中,优选的,所述脱硫除尘主塔内从下往上依次设有溢流水槽、环形供水管、洗涤旋流板和脱水旋流板,所述溢流水槽在所述脱硫除尘主塔塔壁上开设有水封式溢流口,所述脱硫除尘主塔底部开有一可与水封式排水装置连接的出水□。
[0011] 上述湿法脱硫脱硝除尘系统中,优选的,所述湿法脱硫脱硝除尘系统内腔为一密封式体系,所述脱硫除尘副塔底部设有引风机使所述湿法脱硫脱硝除尘系统内形成负压。所述脱硫除尘副塔顶部设有支撑支架,两侧设有烟道侧支撑架,所述引风机出口通过旁路烟道与主烟道及烟®连接。
[0012] 上述湿法脱硫脱硝除尘系统中,优选的,所述脱水器为一低阻涡流式脱水器,包括烟气通道和一卧式蜗壳形脱水通道,所述烟气通道与所述脱硫除尘主塔的顶部连通,所述卧式蜗壳形脱水通道出口与所述脱硫除尘副塔顶部的进气口连通,所述卧式蜗壳形脱水通道底端开有一可与水封式排水装置连接的排水口。
[0013] 与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
[0014] 1、本发明提出的螺旋式文丘里洗涤器在收缩管位置添加的喷淋洗涤装置配合多通道文丘里管结构,雾化、降温效率高,处理气体流量幅度大,气流阻力小,节约设备空间;气体在引风机的作用下高速流动,由连接风道导入文丘里管内,气流速度越快,产生的离心力越大,气流中悬浮液滴、固体尘粒受离心的作用效果越好;另外,本发明提出的螺旋式文丘里洗涤器中采用了卧式螺旋式渐扩管,当气体进入时,受卧式螺旋式渐扩管的延长旋流运动和喷淋洗涤装置中的水碰撞共同作用,有效提高了气体中的水滴和尘粒的去除效率;而在卧式螺旋式渐扩管外围进一步优选设置的螺旋洗涤塔,利用上升气流的惯性,将气体中的水滴和尘粒沿抛物线状向塔内壁四周降落,并附着于塔内壁形成水流,在重力作用下流向底部,通过底部设置的水封式排水管排出,因此,排水管中的水不受引风机的作用而排放顺畅。
[0015] 2、本发明提出的湿法脱硫脱硝除尘系统,经过螺旋式文丘里洗涤器的气流经过脱硫除尘主塔初步脱水之后,通过烟气通道沿着切线方向进入低阻涡流式脱水器,利用蜗壳形脱水通道的延长旋流运动形成涡流,使气流中微细悬浮液滴、固体尘粒受惯性离心作用,被甩向并附着于涡流脱水器壁板上,从而进一步分离出气流中的液滴和粉尘,而经过低阻涡流脱水器脱出的水,在重力作用下,通过水封排水管流入水处理沉降池,而脱水后的气流呈向心运动进入脱硫除尘副塔。
[0016] 总体而言,本发明的螺旋式文丘里洗涤器及湿法脱硫脱硝除尘系统均具有非常优异的脱水、脱硫、脱销及除尘效果,在烟气等污染物的处理领域具有非常广阔的应用前景。

[0029] 一种如图1〜图5中所示的本发明的螺旋式文丘里洗涤器2,包括文丘里管4和螺旋洗涤塔5 (材质均为麻石),文丘里管4为卧式,文丘里管4由收缩管41、压缩喉管42和螺旋式渐扩管43依次连接而成(螺旋式渐扩管43为卧式),收缩管41内部设有第一喷淋洗涤装置44,螺旋式渐扩管43管道内部设有第二喷淋洗涤装置45。
[0030] 如图3所示,本实施例的螺旋洗涤塔5包括由两个不同内径的上圆筒状腔体52和下圆筒状腔体53叠加而成的洗涤塔体(也可近似看成是一 T形筒状物插入到螺旋式渐扩管43的中心后叠加而成),其中,下圆筒状腔体53的外壁即由螺旋式渐扩管43的内壁431充当,上圆筒状腔体52的外壁即由螺旋式渐扩管43的外壁432向上延伸而成,且上圆筒状腔体52的内径大于下圆筒状腔体53。本实施例中螺旋洗涤塔5的入口烟道51设于下圆筒状腔体53的外壁上,且与螺旋式渐扩管43的出口连通,螺旋洗涤塔5的出口烟道54设于上圆筒状腔体52的外壁上,出口烟道54通过一连接烟道3与脱硫除尘主塔7的底部连通。
[0031] 本实施例的螺旋式文丘里洗涤器2中,上述的第一喷淋洗涤装置44的安装位置到收缩管41入口处的水平距离占收缩管41水平长度的1/3,且第一喷淋洗涤装置44的喷头沿竖直方向均匀间隔布置(参见图3)。本实施例中的第二喷淋洗涤装置45的喷头在螺旋式渐扩管43的顶部沿螺旋线走向均匀布设(参见图3和图4)。本实施例的螺旋洗涤塔5的洗涤塔体内还设有第三喷淋洗涤装置46,其喷头具体装设在上圆筒状腔体52和下圆筒状腔体53的连接过渡处,且喷射方向朝下(参见图3)。上述的第一喷淋洗涤装置44、第二喷淋洗涤装置45和第三喷淋洗涤装置46均与外部供水管47连接。本实施例的螺旋式文丘里洗涤器2的底部开设有与第一水封式排水装置9连接的出水口,本实施例的第一水封式排水装置9采用水封式排水渠(参见图1和图2)。
[0032] 本实施例中的螺旋式文丘里洗涤器2的工作原理为:含尘含硫含硝气体经连接风道I引入本实施例螺旋式文丘里洗涤器2的文丘里管4中,气体首先在收缩管41内经第一喷淋洗涤装置44喷出雾化洗涤液洗涤,然后进入到压缩喉管42,悬浮物的气膜被打破并开始吸附雾化洗涤液颗粒,二氧化硫和氮氧化合物与洗涤液进行混合反应,再进入螺旋式渐扩管43并在螺旋式渐扩管43内形成旋流,此时,螺旋式渐扩管43上的第二喷淋洗涤装置45同时也向气体喷射洗涤液,使气体中的微细悬浮液滴、固体尘粒在惯性离心作用下,被抛向并附着于螺旋式渐扩管43的壁板上;随后,气流经过螺旋式渐扩管43中心处的入口烟道51进入螺旋洗涤塔5的下圆筒状腔体53中,并开始螺旋上升进入到上圆筒状腔体52中,此时,下圆筒状腔体53上方安装的第三喷淋洗涤装置46喷出的水雾对呈螺旋上升的气体再次进行洗涤;经洗涤、脱水后的气体呈离心运动,并通过出口烟道54和连接烟道3沿切线进入到脱硫除尘主塔7内;经螺旋式渐扩管43和螺旋洗涤塔5脱除的洗涤液,通过其底部设置的第一水封式排水装置9排出。
[0033] 一种如图1〜图8所示的本发明的湿法脱硫脱硝除尘系统,该系统主要由本实施例中上述的螺旋式文丘里洗涤器2、脱硫除尘主塔7、脱硫除尘副塔8以及低阻涡流式脱水器6组成;螺旋式文丘里洗涤器2位于脱硫除尘主塔7的底端一侧,并通过连接烟道3与脱硫除尘主塔7的底部相通,脱硫除尘主塔7的顶部则通过低阻涡流式脱水器6与脱硫除尘副塔8的顶部连通。整个湿法脱硫脱硝除尘系统为密封式结构,且通过其尾部的引风机83的作用形成真空负压状态。
[0034] 本实施例中的脱硫除尘主塔7可以为现有常规的脱硫除尘塔,本实施例的脱硫除尘主塔7内从下往上还依次设有溢流水槽71、环形供水管72、洗涤旋流板73和脱水旋流板74 (参见图8),溢流水槽71在脱硫除尘主塔7塔壁上开设有水封式溢流口 75,脱硫除尘主塔7底部开有一与第一水封式排水装置9连接的出水口。
[0035] 本实施例中的低阻涡流式脱水器6包括烟气通道61和卧式蜗壳形脱水通道62,烟气通道61与卧式蜗壳形脱水通道62连通,卧式蜗壳形脱水通道62通过烟气通道61与脱硫除尘主塔7顶部的排烟通道10连通,卧式蜗壳形脱水通道62的出口则与脱硫除尘副塔8顶端的进气口 85连通,脱硫除尘副塔8的进气口 85高于卧式蜗壳形脱水通道62的底面大约10cm,起挡水作用,卧式蜗壳形脱水通道62底端开有一与第二水封式排水装置连接的排水口 63,此处第二水封式排水装置同样采用水封式排水渠或排水管。本实施例中,脱硫除尘副塔8顶部设有支撑支架81,两侧设有烟道侧支撑架84,底部设有引风机83,引风机83出口连通旁路道,旁路烟道与主烟道82和烟®连接。
[0036] 上述本实施例的湿法脱硫脱硝除尘系统的工作原理为:经过螺旋式文丘里洗涤器2洗涤后的气体呈离心运动、切线进入脱硫除尘主塔7的底部,气体在脱硫除尘主塔7内旋转上升并经过洗涤旋流板73的洗涤、脱水旋流板74初步脱水后,进入到脱硫除尘主塔7顶部的排烟通道10内;一方面脱出的洗涤液可从脱硫除尘主塔7底部开设的与第一水封式排水装置9连接的出水口排出,另一方面,进入排烟通道10内的气体开始进入到低阻涡流式脱水器6中,并通过烟气通道61以切线方向进入到卧式蜗壳形脱水通道62内并呈涡流运动,此时,气流中的微细悬浮液滴、固体尘粒再次受惯性离心作用,被甩向并附着在卧式蜗壳形脱水通道62的壁板上,从而分离出气流中的液滴和粉尘,卧式蜗壳形脱水通道62内脱出的水在重力作用下从排水口 63排出,气体则以切线方向导入脱硫除尘副塔8的顶部,在引风机83形成的负压作用下,气体最后经引风机83进入到主烟道82中。
Claims (10)
1.一种螺旋式文丘里洗涤器,包括文丘里管(4)和第一水封式排水装置(9),其特征在于:所述文丘里管(4)由收缩管(41)、压缩喉管(42)和螺旋式渐扩管(43)依次连接而成,所述收缩管(41)内设置有第一喷淋洗涤装置(44),所述螺旋式渐扩管(43)管道内设置有第二喷淋洗涤装置(45),所述螺旋式文丘里洗涤器(2)底部开有与第一水封式排水装置(9)连接的出水口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋式文丘里洗涤器,其特征在于:所述文丘里管(4)为卧式文丘里管,所述螺旋式渐扩管(43)为卧式螺旋式渐扩管。
3.根据权利要求2所述的螺旋式文丘里洗涤器,其特征在于:所述第一喷淋洗涤装置(44)的安装位置到所述收缩管(41)入口处的水平距离占所述收缩管(41)水平长度的1/3〜1/2,且所述第一喷淋洗涤装置(44)的喷头沿竖直方向间隔布置。
4.根据权利要求2所述的螺旋式文丘里洗涤器,其特征在于:所述第二喷淋洗涤装置(45)的喷头沿螺旋式渐扩管(43)的螺旋线方向布设在螺旋式渐扩管(43)的顶部。
5.根据权利要求1〜4中任一项所述的螺旋式文丘里洗涤器,其特征在于:所述螺旋式文丘里洗涤器还包括一螺旋洗涤塔(5),所述螺旋洗涤塔(5)包括由两个不同内径的上圆筒状腔体(52)和下圆筒状腔体(53)叠加而成的洗涤塔体,所述上圆筒状腔体(52)位于螺旋式渐扩管(43)的上方,所述下圆筒状腔体(53)设置在螺旋式渐扩管(43)的中心区域,所述螺旋洗涤塔(5)的入口烟道(51)设于下圆筒状腔体(53)的外壁上,且与螺旋式渐扩管(43)的出口连通;所述螺旋洗涤塔(5)的出口烟道(54)设于上圆筒状腔体(52)的外壁上,所述洗涤塔体内设置有第三喷淋洗涤装置(46 )。
6.根据权利要求5所述的螺旋式文丘里洗涤器,其特征在于:所述第三喷淋洗涤装置(46)的喷头具体装设在上圆筒状腔体(52)和下圆筒状腔体(53)的连接过渡处,且喷射方向朝向下圆筒状腔体(53)。
7.一种湿法脱硫脱硝除尘系统,其特征在于:所述湿法脱硫脱硝除尘系统包括脱硫除尘主塔(7)、脱硫除尘副塔(8)、脱水器和权利要求1〜6中任一所述的螺旋式文丘里洗涤器(2),所述螺旋式文丘里洗涤器(2)通过连接烟道(3)与所述脱硫除尘主塔(7)的底端相连通;所述脱硫除尘主塔(7)顶部通过所述脱水器与所述脱硫除尘副塔(8)的顶部连通,所述脱硫除尘副塔(8)的进气口高于所述脱水器的底面。
8.根据权利要求7所述的湿法脱硫脱硝除尘系统,其特征在于:所述脱硫除尘主塔(7)内从下往上依次设有溢流水槽(71)、环形供水管(72)、洗涤旋流板(73)和脱水旋流板(74),所述溢流水槽(71)在所述脱硫除尘主塔(7)塔壁上开设有水封式溢流口(75),所述脱硫除尘主塔(7)底部开有一可与第一水封式排水装置(9)连接的出水口。
9.根据权利要求8所述的湿法脱硫脱硝除尘系统,其特征在于:所述湿法脱硫脱硝除尘系统内腔为一密封式体系,所述脱硫除尘副塔(8)底部设有引风机(83)使所述湿法脱硫脱硝除尘系统内形成负压。
10.根据权利要求7〜9中任一所述的湿法脱硫脱硝除尘系统,其特征在于:所述脱水器为一低阻涡流式脱水器(6),包括相互连通的烟气通道(61)和卧式蜗壳形脱水通道(62),所述烟气通道(61)与所述脱硫除尘主塔(7)顶部连通,所述卧式蜗壳形脱水通道(62)出口与所述脱硫除尘副塔(8)的进气口(85)连通,所述卧式蜗壳形脱水通道(62)底端开有一可与水封式排水装置连接的排水口(63)。
