本实用新型涉及一种带返回缸的平板硫化机。平板硫化机在加热的过程中容易出现压板中制品加热不均匀，造成制品的品质不好，同时平板硫化机的下压板在靠自重下降的过程也过于缓慢。本实用新型组成包括 : 底盘（ 3 ），所述的底盘（ 3 ）左边安装有液压油泵（ 1 ），所述的液压油泵（ 1 ）通过管路与液压油阀（ 2 ）相连，所述的液压油阀（ 2 ）通过管路与安装在底盘（ 3 ）中心的工作油缸（ 4 ）连接，所述的工作油缸（ 4 ）上部安装有下压板（ 5 ），所述的底盘（ 3 ）安装有四根立柱（ 7 ），所述的立柱（ 7 ）顶端安装有上压板（ 8 ），所述的底盘（ 3 ）右侧安装有操纵台（ 6 ）。本实用新型用于硫化平型胶带、胶板、高分子等平板产品的成型。

本实用新型涉及一种平板硫化机，特别设计一种带返回缸的平板硫化机。
背景技术：
     平板硫化机在加热的过程中容易出现压板中制品加热不均匀，造成制品的品质不好，同时平板硫化机的下压板在靠自重下降的过程也过于缓慢。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够使制品均匀加热，下压板快速分离的平板硫化机。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：
一种带返回缸的平板硫化机，其组成包括:底盘，所述的底盘左边安装有液压油泵，所述的液压油泵通过管路与液压油阀相连，所述的液压油阀通过管路与安装在底盘中心的工作油缸连接，所述的工作油缸上部安装有下压板，所述的底盘安装有四根立柱，所述的立柱顶端安装有上压板，所述的底盘右侧安装有操纵台。
所述的带返回缸的平板硫化机，所述的工作油缸为双动油缸，所述的上压板与下压板悬空相对。
所述的带返回缸的平板硫化机，所述的上压板、下压板分别安装有红外温度传感器、电热丝。
有益效果：
1．本实用新型通过液压控制阀控制液压油的流向使双动油缸快速下落，实现下压板的快速分离。
．本实用新型通过红外温度传感器检测制品的温度，然后令相应的电热丝升温或降温，从而使制品受热均匀。
本实用新型采用一体化设计，体积小占用空间少。

实施例1：
一种带返回缸的平板硫化机，其组成包括:底盘3，所述的底盘3左边安装有液压油泵1，所述的液压油泵1通过管路与液压油阀2相连，所述的液压油阀2通过管路与安装在底盘3中心的工作油缸4连接，所述的工作油缸4上部安装有下压板5，所述的底盘3安装有四根立柱7，所述的立柱7顶端安装有上压板8，所述的底盘3右侧安装有操纵台6。

根据实施例1所述的带返回缸的平板硫化机，所述的工作油缸4为双动油缸，能够快速向上、向下运动，所述的上压板8与下压板5悬空相对。

根据实施例1或2所述的带返回缸的平板硫化机，所述的上压板8、下压板5分别安装有红外温度传感器、电热丝。
