为实现上述目的，本实用新型提出了一种索道救护车，包括救护支架杆1、脚蹬2、座椅3、安全带吊挂环4、行走机构、刹车机构，所述行走机构由行走轮5、大齿轮6、小齿轮7、行走拨片8组成，行走拨片8带动小齿轮7，小齿轮7带动大齿轮6，大齿轮6带动行走轮5，所述刹车机构包括下行阻尼轮9、刹车杆10。
